The pictures show a whirlpool. Get to the hotel and there is NOT one in the room. After a long day this is why I purchased. They refused to move me or refund and trip.com refused also even though their listing clearly shows it was supposed to have one! Worst experience ever. I left and went to another hotel and paid for another room. So now I paid for a room I didn’t even use because they falsely advertised

Fridge in room didn't work, room was in need of upgrade - worn furniture and pretty old shower. Bar had apparently lost their liqour license ages ago (according to the staff) so they had limited bar service.

The room was in serious need of a complete renovation. They charged us $75 pet fee instead of the advertised $50.

We had to wait about 20 minutes for anyone to come to the desk to check us in. The rooms need some updating and didn’t feel very clean.

Very friendly staff. Shower tub has large crack extending approximately 18 inches out from 2 sides of drain.

The service was great. The room was acceptable. The only issue was the faucet in the shower leaked and was hard to handle the hot water. Other than that, it was a good space.

Very friendly staff. Not very fond if the ripped curtains and rust in bathroom. The water in the shower wasnt as warm as i would liked to have been. But overall one of my better stays in Tennessee.

The front desk staff and the restaurant staff were very good. Ordered sandwiches upon check in and and they truly hit the spot. Unfortunately, our room was not as expected from a Hilton facility. The entire place requires extra attention from cleaning to paint, and the elevator was not working when we arrived. In addition, the business center was not available due to repairs.

Room’s outdated. Smelled like mildew. My eyes were swollen shut. Only stayed in the room to sleep. Bed hard as a rock. Woke up every morning with a back ache. Shower had no pressure and dripped all the time. I had a jacuzzi in the room and it was completely gross. Tried to clean myself but all I got was scum flakes shooting out of the jet. Reminded me of pealed skin from a sun burn. Now the guy at the front desk was only thing I would say something good. I would not recommend the Hilton in Clarksville TN.
