酒店在當地算非常不錯的了，位置也很好，距離市政廳走路10分鐘可達。三人間的空間佈局還可以，就是床上被單像古董一樣，看着很老舊。地下停車場免費且使用方便。早餐還是西班牙特色，挺豐富的

Alojamiento estilo clásico por no decir antiguo, el trato es estupendo de las recepcionistas pero sobre todo de la chica del bar. Majisima! Las sábanas y toallas rotas y el sofá también. Para ser un 4 estrellas mal en ese sentido. Por lo demás todo estupendo. Eche de menos una luz en la piscina.

Todo muy bien, desayuno y habitación muy bien, la piscina un poco pequeña para mi gusto. Si volviera a ciudad real me volvería a alojar

AC in our room took a long the to cool the room. A small technical issue overshadowed by the whole experience. Will definitely visit again.

A very disappointing stay. People in the room next to us were extremely noisy. They woke us at 4 am with shouting and thrashing around the room. When I contacted reception, they said they’d call them to quieten down but the neighbours remained noisy until approx 5:30 am. Then, at 7:30 am an alarm started to go off in the opposite room beside us. The walls are very thin so it was very irritating and disrupted any possibility of getting back to sleep. Again, we called reception and they called to the room but no one answered. We then went for breakfast, which was also really disappointing. The eggs and bacon were completely cold and again, we had to ask staff to rectify the issue. On check-out we were charged full price for both the room and the breakfast. The receptionist said we should have requested a new room at the time (not that it was offered to us) which was less than helpful as it was now the next day and we weren’t the issue and it was 4/5 am! Overall, perhaps just an unlucky situation that we were put between two noisy rooms but one made much worse by the hotel staff not offering anything in response to make our stay comfortable.

straight into underground car park - bit tight so be careful!
into the bar -shuts at 4.40pm re-opens at 8.
good bar meal. breakfast could do with a bit more organisation but apart from that a great hotel.
