To begin, you have to sign in on an ipad. Its very impersonal and locks up. Then the room is very outdated. From floors, paint, fixtures and doors.

This is an old Hotel. It’s clean, but very basic. Next time I will stay in holiday inn next to fiesta inn. I mean, there isn’t many choices to choose in Ciudad Obregón .

Housekeeping failed us in terms of lack of hand towels, face towels, coffee and no hair dryer. I had to ask for these things many times. Hairdryer never came.

I love the fact that I asked for ice and I got a bucket of ice!!!! And I did complementary water daily except for one day.
