Hotel was very nice except not very near to convenience store where we could but necessities

Hotel María Bonita is well located with the consulado,medical and biometrics within walking distance.
They have access to the gym located inside the mall which is also a plus.
The mall is across the street which gives you additional entertainment and opportunities to be out and about without needing to use your vehicle.
The breakfast is really good as well as the restaurant if you want specific food.
I felt secure in this hotel, it has no safe but we felt comfortable leaving our laptops in the rooms while we were out exploring Juarez. Has cameras in every floor aisle as well as guarded parking lot.

Was not clean room; workers were hammering nails or something into the walls right by our window at 1:00am and were trying to sleep; called front desk and they never called us back like they said they would.

JUST A BEAUTIFUL QUIET STAY... ITS RELAXING THEIR BREAKFAST WAS GREAT PLUS I HAD MY WEDDING THEIR AND THEIR SERVICE WAS AMAZING!! A BIG KUDDOS TO VALERIA OUR EVENT COORDINATOR! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

The staff was wonderful. Mr. Jorge at the breakfast was really helpful and mentioned some places we could visit while we were staying at The Maria Bonita.

I thought overall the property was beautiful, but some dingy spots. Furniture in the room was a little dirty. Game room furniture also dirty. My wife and I both became ill and the only thing we can trace it too was the courtesy breakfast so that is a concern of ours on this visit.
