It was really a nice hotel. Recommended to everyone to stay here. Near the main bus station. You can walk from bus station to this hotel. Also near to many attraction like cable car, coaster, greenland 1 1, clay tunnel. Cheap hotel with full amenities. We book the small bed one 2pax but get the big room with 2 bed. The hotel provide put your luggage early, if you lucky you also can get early check in due to availability at that time. Mine check in the hotel 5am . Owner also kind to help us traveller get the info, can speak english. She was really nice, try to make we comfortable stay at this hotel. Will stay here again if i come to dalat.

Good atmosphere, European style, view of pine trees overlooking the city. The room is very clean. The mattress is super soft. No back pain at all. Woke up to find cool air. Hot water, comfortable shower
Located in the middle of the city, easy to enter and exit, no matter where you go. Or it's easy to find something to eat in the city. Not far from the bus terminal as well.
Good service, very helpful. You can also contact us to rent a motorbike.

We were on a two-day excursion in Dalat and stayed at this hotel for the night. We checked in quickly, but we arrived at 4, not 2. Room 11 is two-story with one large bed, there is no air conditioning in the room, it was hot. Everything you needed was there, shower, toilet, tea, coffee. In the evening, after the crowds of tourists, it is very pleasant to walk around the hotel. It’s cool to live in a hotel where everyone goes on an excursion 👍

I booked this hotel only a few hours before arrival in the night. The receptionist literally “ran” to welcome me upon my arrival. Check-in was very fast, room is spacious and classy (vintage style).
Very clean, the toilet is the smart type (a bit too smart, and it opens every time i stepped into toilet).
Super super super in love with the hotel Restaurant, you can have a view of the whole dalat city from the restaurant. Variety of food is good, can just sit by the window enjoying the view all day!
The only downside is the dog barks in the morning from the street, but that’s not the hotel’s fault, can bring ear plugs.
Highly recommended!

It's great to stay with family here. The hotel is quiet, the facilities are very new and comfortable. The hotel overlooks a small valley with lighthouses growing vegetables, in the early morning you can ”hunt the clouds”, in the evening there is a real fog of Da Lat. The staff and the owner of the hotel are very enthusiastic, they help wholeheartedly every little bit. ”Feels like home” is real. The hotel exceeded my expectations. It is only a pity that the hotel does not have a room and breakfast package. The slope to get down to the hotel is also quite high and long, going by car is a bit difficult, it will be a challenge for new drivers. Me and my family are very satisfied and will come back.

TThe ExcursionistCam Ly Homestay in Dalat offers a memorable retreat with its warm hospitality and stunning views. Although I encountered a minor issue checking in during booking, Trip swiftly resolved it and even followed up to ensure I had settled in comfortably.
The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the breathtaking views from my room. I was treated to a picturesque view.
Conveniently located, Cam Ly Homestay is just a short distance away from the famous Crazy House and within walking distance of other attractions. This makes it an ideal base for exploring Dalat and immersing yourself in the local culture. The homestay's strategic location allowed me to easily access authentic cuisine and experience the city's charm.
Given the chance, I would have extended my stay without hesitation. Cam Ly Homestay's blend of warm hospitality, gorgeous views, and convenient location make it an irresistible choice for anyone visiting Dalat. Be aware that the home stay is about a 45 minute drive traffic dependent from the airport. Instead of using local taxis, download the Grab app and apply a discount for the best way of traveling there. Also be aware that you will pay extra for toll fees. Also be aware that the car can only drop you at the bottom of the alleyway. You’ll need to walk the last 10m uphill. GGuest UserOur group of 9 had a fantastic stay in this hotel. Room is clean and deco is nice. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Daily breakfast is good. Staff from counter check in to service staff in the morning breakfast are friendly and made our stay so pleasant. Highly recommend to any travellers to stay in this hotel when in Dalat.

WW_HanOther than the roadwork posing a risk and inconvenience along the entire stretch of road in front of the hotel, everything was great during our stay. The room was very clean with good air-conditioning to heat the room during the cold nights in December. The water pressure was great even though our rooms were on the 4th floor. Hot water was almost instantaneous, except the water temperature can be a little inconsistent. The bed was not hard like many of the hotels in Vietnam. Comfy bed. The young team from reception to breakfast area to housekeeping was welcoming and enthusiastic , especially a few at breakfast who recommended specialty dishes for us to try. Although the breakfast buffet was not huge, at least 70% of the selections was not repeated during our 4 days of breakfast. This is certainly something uncommon even in 5-star hotels, and is a great way for international travelers to sample a variety of dishes from different parts of Vietnam. We actually looked forward to eating breakfast everyday while chatting with some of the breakfast crew members. The only part I would recommend to improve is for the crew at reception to remember to look up and greet the guests even at night, which a few forgot to do so at times.

Location: It’s very close to town and within walking distance of the Da Lat night market (Chợ Đà Lạt). At night, there are good bars and pubs nearby that you can walk to. For your convenience, there’s a mart on the main road as well. However, the hostel is situated in an alley that cars cannot access, so you’ll need to park on the main road and walk to the hostel.
Service: Top-notch! The staff are very friendly and helpful, and they speak English. They let us keep our luggage and relax in the hostel’s common area before and after check-in and check-out. They also provide a common bathroom in case you arrive early or stay late, and they’re happy to call a taxi for you. The best part is that they have motorcycles and bicycles for rent; however, you’ll need to leave your passport with them (we received ours back in good condition).
Amenities: They provide all the essentials for a comfortable stay, though there’s no toothpaste provided. The weather is cool enough that you don’t need air conditioning. There’s a common iron and stove available for use (a small fee applies for the stove).
Cleanliness: Good for a hostel. They have dogs, but there’s no smell or pet hair around.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience! I'll definitely stay here again.

JJaxzEnglish Language - 5/10 stars. Compare to Ho Chi Minh City hotel staffs, Sandals Camellia’s proficiency is basic but still acceptable and good with me. Because if you travel to the other shops around the hotel buying stuffs or having a meal it will be even worse! Only a few shop owners can converse in English and many aren’t patient in communicating though they are still friendly and approachable.
Price - 10/10 stars. Dalat City Hotels seems very much competitive against hotels at Ho Chi Minh City. For the price paid, the service, amenities and breakfast compared I like it the best and very much better! If you’re not into Vietnam shopping, you should visit Dalat instead! For me I’m a nature and scenery lover! Dalat highly recommended over Ho Chi Minh City!
Service - 6/10 stars, basic taxi calling service is there. But unlike Ho Chi Minh City hotels, there’s no Hotel Tour Service. Most of the staffs aren’t also very familiar with all the places of visit either, but they are all very approachable friendly and helpful, and try their best to google information for you for instance the address. If you visit Dalat, you’ve to ownself conduct homework at home before traveling there on what places of interests to visit. Also google doesn’t tells every single places of interest in Dalat. You need to ownself travel to the tour office to book a local taxi driver, whom then has the knowledge of their own city, he’ll will guide and show you and recommend you places around Dalat. But prepare to learn some Vietnamese as many tour drivers couldn’t communicate in English but fret not, as google translate is your friend and everyone there has a smart phone. The Dalat people are mostly jovial, approachable and friendly.
Breakfast/Food - 10/10 stars, Excellent I like it! I’m a buffet and Pho lover. For the price paid I’m extremely satisfied!
Bed - 9/10 stars, didn’t gave it a perfect 10 score rating as I’m a person who prefers thick and hard pillows.
Aircon - 7/10 stars. Acceptable. The Aircon is working good and cool enough.
Toilet - 7/10 stars excellent! There’s warm water readily available, and ample showering lotion and shampoo, and other basic toiletries. The water from the handheld shower head is good and nice not weak flowing. However the missing 3 stars is the likelihood of a very wet bathroom floor. Basically it’s a Walk-in Shower design however it’s build as Curbless. The benefits of having Curbless is to benefits elderly and senior tourists who require mobility aids such as wheelchair the ease of accessing the showering area, and no risk of playful kids running and tripping over the Curbed, therefore Curbless is safer and better. Problem is the slope of the floor don’t seems right… the floor of the shower isn’t lower than the rest of the bathroom therefore water isn’t easily contained within the showering area and kept spilling to the rest of the bathroom floor, making a very messy toilet, unless you take special care to use a less strong spray and ensure you don’t accidentally spray outwards to prevent mini ponding to the rest of the bathroom floor. Also as mentioned earlier the Shower Head has nice strong spray, the drainage floor trap can be a little floody as water isn’t drained out fast enough…
Sound Proofing - No comments….. 3/10 stars. Unfortunately I’ve encountered very noisy neighbours during my stay, who slam their doors as they enter and exit their rooms even late at night. Also since the hotel is situated near a busy road, you can hear lots of horning and motorbikes speeding by even at night.
Other amenities - no reviews for mini bar or laundry service as I didn’t use them.
Overall rating - 7/10 stars highly recommended!

AAwilumThe hotel has a very convenient location. The rooms are clean and bright, with large windows. In my room, the window faced the sunset, and the sunlight warmed the room throughout the day. This made the room pleasantly warm, even in the evening. It was nice to return to a warm room after a long day, thanks to both the sunlight and the view of a beautiful sunset.
The placement of power outlets was convenient, and the room included a kettle, which allowed me to make tea easily. The hot shower was also a plus. The parking area was secure, closed, underground, and very spacious—perfect for both bikes and cars. Overall, the hotel gave me a sense of safety and coziness.
However, there was one downside I encountered. The bathroom was extremely small, and the shower kept flooding the room. On the first day, I reported this issue to the staff. They responded promptly by wiping the floor with dry towels and removing the water. Unfortunately, the problem persisted. The next day, I asked them to fix it again, and they removed the floor filter, which was blocking the water drainage. While this improved the situation, it did not completely resolve the issue. It seems the shower area wasn’t adequately sealed, as water continued to seep out into the room. This made it impossible to take a long shower, limiting me to very short ones.
Despite this, my overall impression of the hotel is positive.

GGuest UserThis resort is located in the mountains, 30-40 minutes from downtown Dalat.
Because it's in the mountains, the air itself is different, and the resort is spacious and has a well-made walking path around the river, so it's good for walking in the morning and evening.
There are several peacocks and they are friendly.
Resort facilities include tennis, badminton, table tennis, and billiards, and there is also an area for children to play next door.
There is a fireplace in the accommodation, which creates a nice a**osphere at night and keeps the humidity in check.
I enjoyed watching the latest Korean movies on TV (Mogadishu, Okay Madam, Crime City 3, etc.)
Since there is a terrace, I can personally spend time with nature morning, day, and night.
The downside is that it can be noisy as you can easily hear the sound from the room next door.
