But the receptionist told us that the room was not reserved for us because Ctrip did not pay. After waiting for more than an hour, Ctrip can only say to help us see if other hotels in the town are still available. Our two female colleagues were on a business trip to the United States. We dragged two 29-inch suitcases and two boarding boxes from the west of the United States. We couldn’t check in immediately. After waiting in the lobby for an hour or two, we had to find another hotel😡😡😡! And we plan to stay for two nights. Later, I realized that we are super members of Marriott.
