The hotel room is large and spacious, and clean. Hotel staff are friendly. Location is ideal as it is next to the train station, very convenient. Also it’s near 2 large shopping centres. Food is plentiful at shipping centres and also around the area. It’s also near a famous Nasi lemak shop called Village Park

I'm ok and staisfied with the hotel's management, such as parking free, the room, cleanliness, staff attitude. All good. And its suitable for senior citizen and OKU to access from parking to lobby hotel. Just need to take lif to go 1 down level to the lobby. And there is only 1 lif at the parking that share with other residents in the aame blok. Today i've been stopped by indian lady staff (short hair) twice, from me entering the lif cause at that time there were other residents also waiting to take lif. She stopped me twice, as her reason was, guest cannot go to resident's level. In fact, the lif is goin down to the hotel lobby. I give 5 stars to the hotel service, but i'm not satisfied with the staff mentioned. Is there any problem among residents management and hotel managment?

The place is big and the room cleaning is adequate.
Only there is no front desk service, and I encountered obstacles when I checked in on the first day.
Only the security staff can contact the hotel staff to know how to check in through the message.

The hotel is very comfortable and located in a convenient place. The staffs are very friendly. The room is considered quite big. I will definitely come again to this hotel if I'm in the area. Overall, the hotel is very much recommended to stay as it is cheap and very satisfying to stay.

It's really hard to explain. The apartment faces the highway, and even if we live on the 20th floor, it's still very noisy. Noisy from morning till night. The other thing is that, someone downstairs said it, but this should be respected. The room itself is large and the basic facilities are OK. In addition, the check-out time requirement is 10 am.

AAnonymous UserIt is our family's repeated stay in One World hotel over the past decade. This is the default choice whenever we come to KL. We are pleased with the service standard here, the breakfast selection, and we even received complimentary daily laundry service during our recent 5 nights stay. GGuest UserAt first glance, this hotel gave a stylish impression, and the price was quite attractive! I was initially concerned after reading several comments about lift issues, but I decided to give it a try. Thankfully, the lift was functioning well during my stay. It seems that the building is still in the final stages of completion, which might explain some of the previous issues. Overall, my stay was a pleasant experience.

GGuest UserI am writing to provide feedback following my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was not up to the standard I had expected.
Firstly, the room lacked towels upon my arrival, and I had to call housekeeping to have them sent. This was also happened during my last stays. Additionally, I found that the minibar was not stocked, which I initially addressed by calling reception to request a room change. I was told that instead of moving rooms, housekeeping would send a minibar to my room, but this was not an ideal solution.
Furthermore, I noticed that the area around the minibar cabinet had not been properly cleaned, which was disappointing given the otherwise high standards of the hotel.
I hope this feedback will be taken into consideration to improve the overall guest experience.

EEddie EliteMy first choice hotel for an event was fully booked hence I had to find the nearest alternative which happened to be Eastin … first impression of room was not pleasant as it has come of age and had a mouldy smell before air con was on … bathroom not well lit and I was weary of slipping on the marbled floor … not excited with using the hotel shower gel of shampoo (wasted resource should partner with a reputable brand to uplift image ) ….booked the hotel for a week and is thankful Trip dot com offers pro rated refund for early cancellation …was planning to move on to next hotel for rest of trip as I had an unpleasant surprise when I stepped on broken glass in first room probably left behind by previous guest … upon calling the front desk the receiver was quick to make an executive decision to upgrade the room at no extra cost … the staff attitude saved the day and I decided to remain in the hotel for the rest of my stay …. Not a location that is walking distance to shopping or popular places of attraction … more of a business traveller hotel …

NnovgalStayed in a Deluxe Queen with no window room. Room was a tad tiny but it served its purpose if you just need a room to rest and shower before heading out to your destination. Simple breakfast was included such as scrambled eggs, mushroom omelette and roti canai set. They even had toast, jam and butter. However, I would prefer if the bathroom had shower curtain or glass sliding door. Else, the floor would always be wet due to water spillover once someone showered. Anyway, this hotel is recommended since it is nearby to shopping mall such as 1Utama, The Curve and IKEA.

GgiokThe price is so cheap and u can get a very decent room. Suitable for family trip as well. Do take not the parking location it’s a bit tricky so need to be careful. All of the staff are friendly.
Few feedback for them:
1 . The face tissue and room slipper quality were quite bad cause it’s too thin.
2. The floor was greasy and doesn’t feel good walking on it with bare feet
Overall we’re having a great time here and will be back again!

AAnonymous UserNot satisfied with the room conditions. Lamp and sink are broken. Feel weird at first room check in as after we unlock the room there are card inserted with all lights on already. After we called reception then they change to another room which is ok in good condition.

WWeiQiao HuangI had a mixed experience during my stay at this hotel. While the location is excellent, being conveniently close to public transportation, several issues detracted from the overall experience. The pillow had an unpleasant smell, the corridors were dirty, and I even noticed ants around the cups, which raised concerns about cleanliness. Additionally, the hotel's response time via WhatsApp was slow, making communication frustrating. Despite the great location, the cleanliness and service issues need significant improvement to enhance the guest experience.

热热爱旅游和健身The accommodation conditions are OK, but I feel that the sheets are not changed. There are no basic facilities such as toothbrush and toothpaste. There is no mineral water, which is not a good point. Because the supermarket here is not open yet, it is not convenient to buy water. The TV is relatively large, so those who like to watch TV in bed can come and try it.
