My husband and I absolutely loved staying at The Cape for our honeymoon. The views were stunning, the drinks were excellent, and the food was phenomenal. I’ve never felt so refreshed after a trip or so delighted by the wonderful people we met. We enjoyed the hotel breakfast every day, and the variety was fantastic. The pool was a blast, with great food, drinks, and a fun DJ. We had two amazing meals at The Ledge, and were especially impressed by the staff’s knowledge, particularly Jesus and Margarita. Special thanks to Joanna and Michelle at the front desk, who were so helpful in assisting us with everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better honeymoon experience! Would you like to adjust anything in that?

We had an incredible anniversary trip through our Marriott Vacation Club. We were given a high room with a gorgeous view. The views at this hotel are absolutely incredible. It has to be top ten views of my life. Vacation club owners have access to a private infinity pool that has amazing sunsets. The walk from the vacation club rooms to the main area is quite long but we did love the main big pool. Great energy, happy 2 for 1 deals, and gorgeous pools. We loved the little market for quick Starbucks runs and their to go pizzas. There is a grocery store, Frescos, that is under 10 minutes by Uber. I recommend taking Ubers, rather than taxis. They are less expensive. All drivers were great! Ubers can’t go to the lobby pick up so you have to go to the security areas. We just asked for a golf cart to bring us up and down - no problem!! The hotel is right between San Jose and San Lucas so it’s easy to go to either. Our room was beautiful with a jacuzzi outside. The staff was phenomenal. They even set up an anniversary flower display on our bed with balloons. Luis Leonardo, the concierge, was very helpful! Everyone that works there was great! For food, I loved the ceviche at the pool. We ate mostly in our room. Bring a big Stanley or a camelback to stay hydrated. A lot of people also had pool floaties that they bought from Amazon. We didn’t have them but they looked great! Know that the ocean is mostly for looking at. It is always a red or black flag which means no swimming. We had a fantastic stay and thank the whole Westin staff for their hospitality!

Beautiful hotel in Cabo but if you plan to go into the city very often, the location can be inconvenient. I recommend renting a car if you stay here. Other than the inconvenience of the location, everything else was amazing. Especially the food at the Nobu restaurant

We have stayed at other Ritz Carltons, but this was our first at a Reserve. The resort is immaculately landscaped with beautiful flowers and gardens. The room was spotless and well maintained. We had a large tastefully decorated bedroom with floor to ceiling views of the water (upper level suite) a large closet and dressing area, and huge bathroom with shower, tub, two sinks and another separate extremely large vanity. The room had a minibar with plenty of bottled water, coffee, tea and a small fridge with drinks and snacks for purchase. Our room also came with a private plunge pool and large patio with lots of spacious loungers and table and chairs. (There were some small shades for the loungers, but we would have actually preferred more shade due to the intense sun.) The outside area was private due to well placed walls etc. It actually felt like you were staying in your own private condo overlooking the ocean. The resort has a fitness center with lap pool, family pools and an adults only pool and beach access with attentive staff. The beach was closed for walking while we were there due to a recent storm that passed through a few days before our arrival, and never reopened during our stay. The resort itself showed no evidence of a storm however, with not even a branch or flower out of place. The resort has a beachfront seafood restaurant (closed during our visit), a nice grill restaurant, a lovely open air family style casual restaurant, a coffee bar with desserts, muffins, scones etc, and a beautiful cocktail bar. We ordered room service and the food was delivered promptly by the most delightful staff, and our orders were always perfect, no matter our special requests (not the norm when dining in the states). We visited the spa for a couples massage which was wonderful. We also had an hour in the private spa pool before the massages, and an hour in a private hot tub after the massages. We also scheduled the Savasana Experience (sound room treatment) at the spa, and found it not relaxing for us in the way it was designed (just our opinions). I have seen reviews mentioning that the resort was hilly, but we didn't notice this at all. We normally visit Mexico in the winter, and did find the September temps a little high for us, but did feel lucky that we had sunny days during our entire visit. We have stayed at Los Cabos before and did prefer the quiet more relaxed nature of San Jose del Cabo and Zadun. We never heard other people or noise from any other resorts. The biggest thing that we noticed about this resort however, was how we were treated by staff. We have stayed at many wonderful resorts, but noticed that the Zadun staff really could not have been better. From the drivers, housekeepers, room service and spa staff, restaurant staff and every single staff we ran into during our stay, they were just the friendliest and most helpful and attentive. A great experience. I still feel like I haven't done it for three days. I am very comfortable to eat and live. The floor butler is very intimate. I quietly arranged the room on the birthday of my husband and gave us an unexpected surprise. The five restaurants in the hotel have their own characteristics. Several kinds of wine in the room are free to drink, but unfortunately they can't drink. Go swimming and fitness to do spa when you are full. Here you can forget the time and forget the troubles and forget everything outside. There are beautiful scenery and delicious food and beautiful enjoyment. In the morning, I watched the sunrise leap out of the sea, and at night I slept with the sound of the waves, especially decompression and healing. Unforgettable trip, will go again next time!

This is my second time to stay at the Grand Fiesta Americana Resort in Cabo San Lucas. This visit was better then the first stay which I didn’t think could be possible. The facilities are immaculate. The service is outstanding. The Activites Director, Manuel, absolutely made this stay the best. He made every guest laugh and feel as if they were at home. He gregarious personality and non stop love for dancing and life was just wonderful. Wait staff Raul Oliuares was exceptional. He kept the beach goers well served and treated all as his special guest. Thank you, Raul, for your warm welcome and being so attentive to us.
