Lereng is a fairly new hotel but it has well-trained staff already who are all very helpful. If visitors don't already have their own Bromo tour arranged, they can help. The room is lovely (ours was on the 4th floor), the restaurant on the 6th floor has lots of space and even a small kids play area attached. I tried the sauna too, very nice with pine. But it does not have a shower attached. We wished we had the time to stay one more night..

Environment: The hotel has a unique environment. The architectural style and arrangement are very unique. There are a lot of plants in the public area and they are very well maintained. Service: The staff service is very good. We arrived at the hotel after 11 o'clock, and the front desk was still responsible for checking in and introducing us, and brought us to the room. The hotel can book airport transfers and volcano day tours. We went directly from Surabaya to the hotel, then to Bromo, and then to Surabaya Airport to fly to Bali. Overall, the hotel is very unique and a good hotel. I will stay here again if I have the opportunity. The only drawback is that there are relatively few types of breakfast.
