The parking lot is very large, the room is clean and comfortable, there are towels and mineral water, soap is in the bathroom, no toothbrush + toothpaste, the minus is that the wifi is difficult to signal. Overall okay, recommended because it is close to the food seller

Outstanding
Fourth day of our honeymoon organized by Turisanda, we stop in Malang, where we find our hotel waiting for us. Tired from the journey, after hours on the train and bus, we hope to finally take a shower and lie down in bed, but unfortunately, the room assigned to us will reserve an unpleasant surprise for us. Bathroom with tub and curtain dirty with hair and stained and dirty sheets. I decide to go to reception and explain the problem, and without hesitation they decide to change my room with a similar one. After being accompanied to the new room by the reception staff, I noticed with displeasure in front of them that the new room presents the same problems. They then changed the sheets several times until they finally found clean, stain-free ones and the towels. As per Indonesian custom, the staff were very kind and friendly in listening to our requests, and apologized several times, and I was also offered the suite. The hotel appears new and the reception is very spacious and large, it has a swimming pool and friendly staff, but it has an obvious problem with the laundry, and certainly, the cleanliness standards do not reflect those of a 4 star in any other location in the world. I don't feel like recommending it for stays longer than 1/2 night in malang.

DDesiThe service is good and the staff is ramah2. . Strategic location .. the rooms, toilets and guesthouse places are clean so comfortable staying here feels like a second home .. the only thing is that the wifi is a bit slow. I don't know breakfast because I didn't order with breakfast. Next time to malang will choose this guesthouse again for staycation :)

EEstuY3I checked in at 1 wib in the morning and was directly served well by the staff who looked fresh and friendly even though it was still in the morning. The room is although more narrow than Amaris in other cities (Ex: Jakarta and Bandung) but it's not a problem. The breakfast available varied Amaris typical and tastes quite good. The location is also on the main road of Malang city, even though it is quite far to the main square. What I like from Amaris Malang City, the water coming out in the shower is very loud so it's like the body's being a muscle flexed and the hotel's view north offers a beautiful mountain view

NnanawibowoClean and Fresh hotel. Even, we never dare to swim becouse of the cold weather, we enjoy in everytime we come this hotel. Just try to rethink to rent apartement room where in the aam building. the apartement are not clean and many fungus under the bed and pantry area.

AAnonymous UserThe Sahid Montana Dua Hotel, which is located in the middle of Malang city, is very suitable for families who want to spend the night in a beautiful atmosphere. When you first enter you are greeted by the staff with a friendly smile and you are treated to a welcome drink. The facilities are complete for the room, there is a refrigerator, toilet, TV, wifi and it is very clean. Breakfast is also satisfying and delicious. Swimming also features tire rental. Really recommend it.
