Naraya is the most comfortable hotel in Kupang. The atmosphere is beautiful, the rooms are also spacious and clean. Maybe the food has to be upgraded a little, especially about rice. The rest is delicious. The drinks are delicious.

Getting worst, this was my third visit and the cleanliness were getting worst. Small cockroaches in the bathroom, in the cabinet and near the TV area. Really a nightmare. Im okay with old furniture but not ok with their standard of cleaning. Will not stay in this hotel for future business trip. When we arrived even the doorman was just stand up and not helping us to carry out the baggage. Very minimum basic training of hospitality

My family and I had a vacation in Kupang and we were very happy to stay at a star hotel in Kupang City. The service was very satisfying, especially the food was very delicious. The hotel is complete with a swimming pool facility that is safe for my children. The Kristal Kupang hotel is really cool.

Just booked a normal room without a balcony and not on the pool.
Turns out the price is different from before.
But the important thing is, the favorite chicken porridge breakfast, still there, plus now, there's extra a herbal drink.
Creative management steps.
But please keep the room facilities and facilities and AC freon to always be able to function, clean, and cool.

Located about 20 minutes drive from the airport, not much as of view to see from the hotel other than some land and rooftops (it is basically in the middle of the town).
Breakfast was with many varieties but nothing was really special.
Room was clean and comfortable bed. The hotel was newly built. When there was an event in the hotel you can hear the music noise quite late at night. Also other guests talking loudly right on the hallway so if you are light sleeper I have to warn you of those.

Everything was very good. The AC was a bit weak. It took 8 hours to really cool down even with the bathroom door closed. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. We paid for the cheapest room and still got an excellent condition king size bed! The breakfast buffet was very good. I used the massage chair every day (4 days). The view of the sea and sky was spectacular!

EEviKabanI stayed in this hotel on my transit to Jakarta and I enjoyed it. I particularly love that all foods only a minute a way, they even have a nice coffee shop next to lobby, which I can enjoy food and drink and work until late (I left about 10pm and I dont know what time they closed, 11pm maybe? Forget to ask). Overall the room is okay. I wished the staff in restaurant, especially the egg station during breakfast can be more helpful. They need to learn how to request guest to line up when order and remember whose order is which.
