The hotel is not clear, I booked at this apk and got half price, when I arrived there, I asked for 100k again, he said that because the cheapness in the app does not match the hotel, even though I got a promotion from the app.. the tv is dead, there is only one soap and towel, the rest of the facilities are okay

Breakfast was ala carte due to fasting period thus need to inform breakfast type, if not, it will be default rice set.
Shower pipe has sound and there was no instruction on how to use it.

This is my very first time stayed here to celebrate my father’s birthday. The room was clean and comfortable. And not to mention the friendly and helpful staff here, Mas Adit - front officer, Mas Ryan - Asst. Restaurant Manager, Mba Silva & Fitri - Restaurant Greeter, and Pak Undang - MOD, Well done! They prepared a little birthday surprise for my dad when we’re having our breakfast. Really satisfied! We had a pleasant stay here! Thankyou for the hospitality!
