We stayed 11 nights here, the was small but enough for us 2, air conditioning was working so it was ok in the room, the balcony is werry small but that is it. Bathroom is also small and if you are toooo tall maybe you have issues with the toilet, nertheles for us was ok. Very important is that the room was clean every day and the staff very friendly. The location is excellent because in 2 minutes you are reaching the restaurants, in 5 minutes the bus station and in 17min you are in the old town of Alcudia.

We spent 2 days in this hotel. I really liked the location, city center, right on the embankment. We had a room with a sea view. The beach is nearby, a gorgeous view from the window, we will attach photos. Nice staff, responsive, arrived very late at night. I don’t know whether our message about this reached them or not, but we were met and accommodated. It was already almost 2 am. The only thing I didn’t like and I can’t help but say this. Very, very small shower stall. And also, we asked for a double bed but our request was not fulfilled. Will I come back here? Of course yes!

On arrival at the hotel were asked to pay the tourist tax up front (which is standard procedure) Then asked to hold out our wrists and had wrist bands pulled very tight to our wrists, and there was no way they could be removed. We asked what these were for, and told they would need to be shown at the evening meal to indicate half board booking. These were then cut off by the reception team at our request as we thought it was illogical that we would have to wear these the entire holiday. (the bands were not the type you could take on and off, and reminded us of a throwback to the 70’s and made to feel like children. Didn’t particularly want a white stripe on our wrists after getting a tan). We would take our wrist bands with us to the evening meal, and only once were we asked to show the bands. On this occasion a very rude member of staff said “where are your wrist bands” I said here they are as I showed them to him. “Why aren’t you wearing them?” I told him we refused to wear them and would show them to you. He seemed offended at this and said, “You are able to wear a watch on your other wrist, so why not the bands?” I just walked off. The hotel rooms were nicely decorated and modern looking, however the balcony door glass was very thin, and you could hear everything from outside (more on that later) The space to store clothing was totally illogical and no thought had gone into this. We just used our case to store clothing (not ideal if you don’t want your clothes creased). Although there were a few hangers in a space. The two single beds (pushed together to appear as one big bed) were actually very comfortable (slept well each night) The shower was a complete joke, the way the shower tray was designed meant that the bathroom floor flooded each time we used the shower. With control lever making it either scolding hot or icy cold. The shower drain cover was also loose. Had to put towels down when having a shower to prevent the flooding. Which defeated the option of trying to save them for re-use for ecological reasons. On our first night of arrival, we suddenly heard lots of loud music (we knew this hotel had entertainment) but did not expect to hear it through our balcony door. The next day we asked a member of staff on reception if they had information on what type of entertainment would be scheduled for the week, the member of staff looked confused and simply said “I do not know”. If you want a good night’s sleep, I will not recommend a room with a pool view, we could see the small entertainment stage right under our balcony. The “entertainment” was on every night and ended any time from 22:30 – 23:00, although most nights we avoided this by spending some quality time in Alcudia it would have been nice to be able to see what that nights entertainment was so we may have stopped in if it was to our taste and enjoyed poolside bar. We had to find somewhere to stay last minute which was affordable so picked this place. It is centrally located in the Old Town and we stayed in what i assume is the cheapest room. The room on first impressions was quite cute for the price but the bathroom was the smallest we have ever seen. The toiletries were half empty where the previous people had stayed and the shower knob fell off when using it. The bed was comfy but the aircon is really loud and the walls are paper thin so you can hear everything outside your room.

The reception is not in the hotel itself but around the corner. It is not disturbing . The room was beautiful, but the open washing basin in the room was a little strange. The small courtyard is quiet and can be quietly screened.

This hotel is pretty good. The cleaners do an amazing job cleaning. The shower is fine and the air con in the room is really good. The room was average size and there is a TV but we couldn’t find any English channels. The food has a wide variety but we did discover that the cooked breakfast wasn’t that great. The baked beans, bacon and hash browns were cold so we didn’t eat that again. We had freshly made omelettes instead, toast, fruit, cereal and croissants and yoghurts. The pool area is ok, it’s abit smaller than we were expecting. You cannot get a sun bed until 10am which is good so that no one steals all the beds before everyone is up. There are shaded areas around. There is a small pool for kids and a jacuzzi. Outside is a pool table and a ping pong table where there are also large sun beds.
