3rd Xmas in Egypt, last 2 in Hurghada. Lots of positives about Parrotel Beach: Food is good, we have not been ill at all as with other holidays in Hurghada. Very clean, toilets and public areas good. Beautiful pretty grounds. Premium Room good, spacious, clean. Hot water at all times. Daily room cleaning excellent. Staff very polite and helpful. Don't hassle you like they do in Hurghada. Beer and Soft drinks good. Beach ok, not very sandy and no paddle boards etc... sea can be rough as it is directly onto the Red Sea, so snorkelling a bit of a whirlwind at times, but coral and fish good when you can get in. Parrotel points to improve which I do believe they are doing going forward: Alcohol as part of all inclusive is the worst we have ever had abroad. All you can taste is meth like fumes. Wine horrid. We had to buy a bottle of rum and wine during our stay. We spoke with Waleed, Bar Manager and he arranged for us to have Egyptian Premium drinks in the bar lobby, much better! There is currently zero atmosphere in the evening, but I understand they are opening a brand new lobby bar with games and activities in March. Evening entertainment average. The lobby bar has lights blazing, huge area with nothing happening, unless a footie game is on. The Pool Bar could be good but just doesn't have any vavavoom. The areas they could improve would be to utilise the Italian restaurant area for evening bar as it is very pretty. Also the Fish restaurant as the beach / snack / disco / bar which would be amazing. It clearly has been used as this as it has a bar at the top, but it is currently not used due to safety. Part of it is the fish restaurant which is s only used in the evening. There is currently no games room, no pool, nothing for teens to do, violinist or singer in restaurant, a belly dancer, fire show or folk dancer for half an hour, Mr. & Mrs. Parrotel. Formal lines of chairs in front of the stage. Absolutely boring in the evenings but could be really good with a few adjustments. Waleed listened to our suggestions and explained what they have planned for further development which sounds very promising, just a shame it's a bit dull at the moment!

First of all, they make you wait until 2 pm. Since everyone gathers to check in at 14:00, there is chaos. No one speaks English at the reception, you have difficulty communicating. When you come to the hotel, it is clean enough, you can find any variety you want, there was food suitable for every culture. The sea was full of colorful fish and coral. It was a very different experience. The pool was big enough. The rooms were cooled by 2-story air conditioners. As for alcohol, the local drinks are not very good, you can drink draft beer. It is enough if you get full board. In general, it was a pleasant hotel.

Beautiful hotel, comfortable large rooms, a beautiful beach. I could step out of my room and be snorkelling in the coral reefs within minutes. Staff were so warm and helpful. We had the best animation team making our stay fun and memorable. None of us wanted to leave and I hope we can come back some day

Was absolutely amazing me and my partner had such a good time the hotel staff was so welcoming and any issues or problems was dealt with straight away mido was excellent is organising our boattrip and if you want to party hard eckho is your guy was such a amazing trip one to remember!

Amazing staff and good at hosting the food is 7/10 also they have a good pool with a perfect atmosphere and good views and they are always checking if you neeed any thing and they do food so good big thanks for the amazing hotel they take u to the downtown for free The Animation team is the best of the hotel they are so friendly

I like this hotel for its service, comfort and delicious food. We will come back again.
