I was business at Hotel Europa for 2 days. The staff at check-in and breakfast is super nice and premature. The location of the hotel is central. Unfortunately the hotel is very old and I think it does not meet any standard anymore. My room was very small and extremely bright. You hear everything in the hall, from the neighbors. Without Ohropax, I would have been swept up. The doors of the rooms are normal wooden doors/room doors, doing no noise or isolating. In addition, the entry is secured with codes for the doors. These machines are so noisy when operating that you can hear it on the entire floor. Breakfast is out and is very rich. For one night the hotel is clear, for longer stays I can't recommend it.

Nice hotel a short walk/bus ride from the city centre. Clean and comfortable rooms that have been refurbished in recent years. Typical buffet breakfast, friendly staff. Only minor issue is the hotel restaurant and bar remains closed, however there are plenty options locally.

Great hotel. This time we stayed in the Junior Suite. The difference with the standard room is the wider bed (180 versus 160) and more square meters. It also includes a nespresso machine and complimentary coffee cups. All rooms have a mini bar and complementary drinks. (Daily refill). Our suite had a view on the forest. Great comfortable bed and quiet room. The hotel is located in a quiet environment. Keep in mind that the shower and the sink are in the same area as your bed. You have no privacy of a separate room. For us no problem, if privacy is however needed, someone will need to leave the room. Toilet is off course in a separate room. All rooms (full hotel) has free high speed internet. The hotel offers free parking (really enough space) and they even have 2 parking spots with chargers (type 2, AC chargers from Tesla). You need to request the charging in the hotel and the cost is booked on the room. Breakfast: one word, great. Fresh food, good quality. Fresh juice, coffee maker (normal, espresso, cappuccino, latte Macchiato, Ice coffee, …). Also healthy options are available and local (sometimes even self made) products. All persons working at the hotel are polity and really helpful. They will always try to help. The hotel is also pride on their ecological footprint. We will return. Yes there are cheaper hotels available but they do not offer the same complete package and quality for us. If a quiet, comfortable sleep, clean rooms and great breakfast are important, don’t hesitate.

The room is comfortable and bright, with a dining table, chairs, sofas, washing table stoves, and tableware. There are two big supermarkets nearby. It is very convenient for us to cook and eat by ourselves. The outdoors are very quiet, the locals who meet are very friendly and welcoming, and there is a bus directly to Bonn Central Railway Station outside the hotel. Very smooth. In addition, the hotel is self-service. I saw the health staff. The hotel lobby is beautiful and comfortable.

酒店位置很好，就在旅遊熱點中心。但是，入住有點費勁，根本沒有前台，沒有人。衹能通過電郵，由對方發一個連結，網上填寫訊息後，通過連結操控樓道和房間開門。碰到網絡不好，溝通有誤（我打了電話，結果對方在輸入電子郵件時輸錯了一個字母，導致我始終收不到連結），最好下載一個 whatsup. 房間本身不錯，廚房設備齊全，鍋碗瓢盆、刀叉啥的都有，還有微波爐、小冰箱。另外有一個公共洗衣房。樓梯很窄，沒有電梯，帶大件行李有點費勁，有長者同行不推薦。

What a pleasure! I love being pleasantly surprised. The hotel is clean and upscale right next to the Rhine. The reception desk is friendly and helpful. They were patient while I stumbled over my newly learned German. However they speak English as well. We had a double bed (with an extra bed for my daughter). It’s spacious enough for three. They have a wonderful hot shower with tons of water pressure. The maid service has been wonderful, the garage provides ample parking but be careful if you have a wide car or you will likely hit the sides as you enter or leave the garage. (Like most of the hotels in Germany- they are designed for small cars) The location is terrific, 10 min walk to the Zentrum. We feel so lucky to have made an excellent hotel decision. If we come back to Bonn, we are staying here!

1. The machine outside the door to swipe the hotel key was not functional --- and this was apparently known to the staff, but no sign was put outside. 2. The call button on the same machine was also not functioning. We tried MULTIPLE TIMES. Again, no sign put outside of this malfunction. 3. I called the number indicated, the line was ringing but then eventually rerouted to a gentelman. After verifying that I am indeed a checked in guest to the hotel, i was transferred to the front desk, where it was later on picked up by somebody else saying his colleague was on the phone and will attend to us shortly. We stood outside in the cold for 30 MINUTES and still NO ONE had appeared to be in the front desk, although it should be manned at all times espeically when the malfucntion of the machine is known!! 4. We found the BACK DOOR WAS OPEN !! and was able to make our way in the hotel. Looking in the room behind the front desk there was one person JUST SITTING THERE. He claims he never recieved a call and claims he did not hear us knocking and banging at the front. 5. We informed him that the machine was not functioning, which he confirmed he already was aware of. We informed him that the bell was not functioing and he had little to no concern on this matter. We informed him of the calls, and he denied ever receving or hearing any calls come through.

The breakfast was great and the restaurant was beautiful and looked at the Rhine. Parking is free, but it is actually stopping the road outside the hotel. Some of them are 120-year-old buildings, but some rooms are newly decorated with a large smell. I changed the room once. There is no air conditioning. All of the air conditioners are free to use. The hotel is very good and very comfortable. Centrally located with direct connection to the public transport, business of daily needs and gastronomy. Friendly and welcome staff, from booking to Check In, Housekeeping, Breakfast service to Check Out. All was fine. Beautiful, clean & bright rooms with balcony. WiFi is free. Free parking outside the door, deep garage at charge. All in all a great experience, we always like to come =)
