This is my real experience. I almost never write reviews. This time I feel like I have to write a review for them, so that I can be worthy of those who work hard. I took my children to Wuxi to play and booked a twin room. I was attracted by the photos when booking the room, and the reviews were also good. I felt that it was better than expected when I arrived (maybe it was in line with my personal preferences). They contacted me before check-in to explain the check-in matters; there were fragrant lily flowers in the hotel lobby, and the overall decoration of the hotel was simple and distinctive; the child liked the frog arrangement in the room, and he said he didn't want to leave; the electric kettle, toilet, hair dryer, tea bags and many other supplies are of good quality, which is in line with my personal daily life habits, and can compete with the five-star hotels I have stayed in before (of course, the overall temperament and price of five-star hotels are still different, but some supplies are not as good as this one). Finally, I have to praise their breakfast, a Western breakfast, one serving per person, fresh ingredients, and a comfortable dining environment .

The hotel is in a good location, with convenient parking. It is very close to Yuantouzhu Scenic Area, which can be reached in about 5 minutes by car. Opposite the hotel is Lihu Park, which has a beautiful night view. The front desk guy was very nice when I checked in, and upgraded the lake view room, which was great value for money. The hotel breakfast restaurant is also very beautiful, and the service is very patient.

The room is big and the service staff is very enthusiastic. Because we were running a marathon, breakfast was served at 5 o'clock in the morning, which was very considerate. At the same time, the check-out time was extended to 3 o'clock in the afternoon. After running, I came back to take a shower and rest without any rush. I was also given a free breakfast when I was with my child. The downside is that the room is relatively old, and the price increased a lot during the marathon.

A cute hotel with a lovely Korean district right below! So close to the metro station! The room was generally clean and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend given the price!

如果店家主理人會看到這條評價的話，相信是願意做好持續經營的。 一、諮詢，溝通服務表達不錯 1. 當天到達時還在下大雨，出發時已停雨，傘都放在包裏，停車場有些不便於高跟鞋踩下去的積水，衹好電話前台，前台很快就來接應了，點贊！ 2. 問到早餐時前台回覆衹有麪條或者餛飩，因為考慮到成本，衹有人多時會豐富些，原因回答真實，點贊！ 3. 諮詢用餐時前台介紹了周邊的農家樂，點贊！ 二、入住體驗 1. 房間是真的緊湊，有種進入房間所有陳設撲面而來的感覺，硬是在有限的空間裏搭配了能夠滿足客人的擺放。 2. 其實這家民宿晚上乃至周邊都很安靜的，是看書還是發呆，都很適合，屬於散心型，但是越到晚上外面的交通信號燈的提醒聲就越清晰，對於睡眠不好的客人來説真是很頭大。 3. 過道地板是真的卡卡響，這麼幽靜的小院，各房間緊挨着，有點聲音就很吵人。 4. 院裏的三花貓很可愛，貓咪是很安靜的動物，不過無意間從客用區看到後面有貓咪居住的地方，確實整理的不行，農家使用器具，個人用品閑散放着，又是玻璃門，看來考慮的很不周到，也許是我多慮了，野趣民宿就需要帶點凌亂美。 三、衞生直觀感受 1.如圖所示，房間的各個邊沿，角落，開關，牆面，陽台頂面，煙感裝置的蒼蠅屎，客用毛巾的破絮和洗滌後暗暗的顏色，投影儀上的灰塵給客户感覺就是無法認同。 四、建議商家 1. 前台接聽電話時，首先是您好，這裡是既見桑梓民宿，不是“喂”。 2.如遇大雨天，可提醒客人到達後聯繫商家，商家購買大傘接應客人，尤其是攜長者和小孩的家庭。 3. 衞生檢查仔細有效，和有沒有多少員工無關，客人來自不同地方，衞生要求都是一樣的，乾淨，舒適！ 4. 早餐多元化，量小但品種多些，簡單的餛飩或者麪條其實除了方便，到街上也能吃到。宜興和浙江的民宿同樣是五百多的房間，早餐很豐富，店家説的最多的一句話就是，早餐要吃好才有力氣玩。 5. 後院收拾一下，不管是用具還是貓窩等，規整比散在會議室直觀的好，而且給客户感覺就是店家對於不起眼的地方也是整理的有條不紊。

I chatted with Lao Bi for an afternoon and one night of tea. I also made an appointment to make tea next year. Two days and one night are short and fulfilling. The environment, service, accommodation, eating and drinking of the mountain residence are all first-class in the homestays I have been to. 👍👍👍

I thought about it or write a review. To be honest, there is a little gap. We passed in the morning and there were many rooms to choose from. I asked if each room was the same. The aunt at the front desk said yes. After entering, I found that it was different from the publicity. There is no bay window. There are several rooms. The people who went in the afternoon lived in it. I don’t know what the situation is). The whole is like a fast hotel, two single beds, and hair on the bed. Fortunately, the sheets we brought ourselves, the toilet was dirty, the urine stains that could not be wiped off, and the shower room drained too slowly. I didn’t reach the ankle after washing alone. The toiletries are small samples, or one-third of the ones left. It is not even a new sample. Fortunately, we also brought this by ourselves. The overall feeling is not worth it. I hope to give people who travel a reference.

There was no planned trip to Wuxi. A temporary homestay booked exceeded expectations. My mother was very satisfied. The door was amazing and super new. The decoration style of the whole homestay was very artistic and it was the type that young people would like. It is within 10 minutes' drive from Nianhua Bay Lingshan Giant Buddha.
