But when we checked in, our car was parked in the formal parking space at the entrance of the hotel. There was no road blocking, etc. Then we called the hotel front desk, and the hotel front desk said they were not clear. After we went downstairs to understand the situation, we knew that the hotel had a pick-up. To get an inflatable arch at the door, we needed to occupy the parking space we parked and let us move to other parking spaces. Why doesn't the hotel understand the needs of the people who pick up the relatives in advance? Why can't the parking space be arranged in advance? When these problems occur, it's not clear that I'm done with a phone call?

房間不錯，差的是服務，半夜已經入住以後發現大床房是兩張單人床拼的以後要求換房，前台竟然讓客人收拾好東西到一樓大堂等着再跟換房，說要給我查，我說你現在就查，我直接到房間，前台答應后我掛了電話開始收拾東西，半天沒動靜，打了電話又問才說已經給我換到另一個房間，半天不知道想啥呢，不會給客人回電話是嗎？我再三確認我放卡已經在另一個房間后，就去了，沒放心還是拿了一張卡，結果半路被收拾衛生間阿姨截住，說房卡要給她，我說那個屋子有房卡吧，她說有，我就給她了，結果新房間沒房卡，屋子黑一片，我打電話給前台後，就想回到原房間拿卡，半路又遇到收拾衛生大姨，不是來給我送卡的，是來要我身上穿的浴袍！整個人無語！這點事，服務員和阿姨搞得一團糟！忍不住給差評！
