I am rating only new restaurant Haus, not hotel/coffee shop, etc. Haus should be upscale steak house. But you can't reach that with new interior and smarter looking dressed waiters. Firstly, food, especially steaks, should be prepared perfectly. Ours were far from that. Excuse: the cook is off Monday-Tuesday. And? Who then prepared burned steak? Also waiters should have more knowledge about food and wines. On other occasion we had more-dish menu, from "correct" chef. This food was good, much better than steak mentioned above. Still, waiters should have knowledge of what we eat and about wine card. In general I was dissapointed, hope they can improve, and I hope to taste the steak from the real chef, if I will be lucky enough to be there when he is also at work.
