1. Hotel said Wi-Fi. It has no working/ effective Wi-Fi, it is a misrepresentation:
2. It has very low air conditioning: kids got heavily bitten by mosquitoes.
3. City and hotel room was an additional £75.
4. Terrasini is not walkable. 50 euros there and back to get shopping and eat out with hotel taxi,
5. If you eat lunch or dinner buffet it is 30 euros.
6. The private beach cove is magical and pools are what makes it worth while. Kids don’t care about 1-5:

HOTEL TERRIBILE! Io ed alcune amiche abbiamo avuto il bagno allagato di melma per giorni senza nessun' intervento! Capelli nel letto con macchie gialle. Coperte discutibili.Cibo terribile. Corridoio sporchi. Persiane rotte e rovinate . Finestre che si aprivano. NON ANDATECI !!!

This hotel is terrible, staff have an attitude problem and clearly don’t want to be here. The “restaurant” is no more than an old style holiday camp affair, it’s like an old Butlins holiday camp We had an early flight and we were treated to a disco 50 m away No concern, no compassion!

It is not a place to be. Noisy, out in the nowhere, bad restaurant, no service, staff only speak italian, old hotel. the only good thing: good airconditioning!

We visited Perla del Golfo recently for a 2 night stay with family who live in Italy. Beautiful location, outstanding pools and very congenial pool staff. The breakfast and lunch buffets were good but not exceptional. The property itself is very neglected.The furniture in the lobby is torn and needs replacement. Our room, though clean, was not in the location promised when we booked. The outside shutters were filthy and the hallway had water from the ceiling dripping constantly making for dangerous walking . It’s too bad that this resort is so run down. It would be exceptional had the ownership shown some care in maintaining it.

very outdated, pictures on website are false advertising, no annual/seasonal maintenance. Walls were dirty from not painting. Furniture was old. Tub was dirty from oldness. very very disappointed. Did not stay 1 extra second. Customer Service was also not the best. As they were offended that it didn't match our level of expectation.

Titubante per le ultime recensioni mi sono ricreduto totalmente!!! Location pulita, curata e molto molto gradevole… animazione molto preparata, cordiale e coinvolgente… cibo ottimo e parecchio abbondante, complimenti ai camerieri, cuochi!!! Stanze luminose, con bagno nuovo e pulito, doccia grandissima, letto molto comodo… reception attiva e cordiale per qualsiasi informazione e problema, c’è stato un piccolo problema con l’acqua calda che hanno risolto in 5 minuti!!! Grazie mille per tutto e complimenti davvero a tutti voi!!!

Il personale tutto, dalla reception agli addetti alle pulizie, dal manutentore al bagnino, dall'addetto al servizio navetta, sono persone eccezionali per competenza, gentilezza e disponibilità. Il personale del servizio ristorante, con in testa il maitre Vella ed il maitre Lo Giudice , è a dir poco mirabile : professionisti che riescono a gestire centinaia di istanze. Un forte plauso vada anche a persone come lo chef Nunzio e la signora Angela, veterana della struttura. Un caro ringraziamento al prezioso sig. Giovanni. I ragazzi della animazione superano se stessi. Grazie a questa magnifica struttura per i bei giorni (pochi purtroppo) in essa beatamente trascorsi e complimenti al gestore per le scelte di umane risorse effettuate. Torneremo sicuro.

Weekend 31-2 Giugno. Sono tornato dopo qualche annetto. La struttura la conosco bene, sono stato più volte. Ottima struttura Piscine molto capienti e pulite a parte l'olimpionica salata nn riempita totalmente. Notarbartolo negativa per l'aria condizionata, nn è accettabile nel 2024 nn avere un condizionatore in camera. Per il resto ho trovato un'animazione accettabile, i ragazzi molto simpatici anche se si vede che sono alle prime armi. Notarbartolo positivissima per la ristorazione Mangiare ottimo, tutto molto buono e quantità soddisfacenti. Chef veramente bravo, di livello superiore Servizio eccellente La sala sempre ordinata, camerieri sempre disponibili Soprattutto la Sig.ra Angela sempre sorridente e disponibile Il tutto devo dire grazie al lavoro del Maitre Giuseppe Palazzolo Professionale e pignolo come si deve essere in questo ruolo. Complimenti veramente. Tornerò presto Grazie
