Chose this hotel because it’s close to a birthday event that we had to attend to. The service was great, everybody was friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is new so building is nice and good. The bedroom was just okay. Bed was nice. Bathroom was surprisingly too small, and they only provided 1 mat and 1 sink towel, apart from big towels. Water in the sink was going down a bit slow. Toilet flush also was not strong enough, must press a few times. Hotel facility was good. There was a gym and an area to exercise (walk) with view to enjoy. Breakfast was quite a variety.

Modern organized and good location hotel. Furthermore good service . Has good mountain views The room clean tidy and comfortable bed, the staff friendly.

I had a pleasant one night stay at Grand Aston Puncak. The hospitality is no doubt one of the best, the hotel is new and very clean. Love the location since the weather is cooling and it is located near bumi aki restaurant and other famous cafes in Puncak. Breakfast was great but limited variety. Highly recommended if you want to have short night stay.

The housekeeping didn’t change the floor matt towel, the toilet smells from day 1 , I think the smell comes from the pipe pr something.. on the last day at the breakfast restaurant I fell down because the floor was slippery …Overall I did not enjoy my stay in Grand Aston hotel Puncak… Dissapointed

Our first stay in this hotel, and really satisfied with the service. I book extra bed and called before my arrival ,asked the hotel for prepared the extra bed n joined the twin beds, as i checked in th3 room ,it was set up nicely. We also asked for extra bath towel and got it in fast action. What really i never expirienc3d was when i asked to one of the staff in breakfast area about fried noodle for children whiched not spicy, they help me to make small portion for my kids, what a service !!! Really a 5 star service . Will be stay here again for sure, keep up the great service .
