Hotels bij Metasequoia Tree Lane, Chuncheon

We had a great stay here! Our family of 5 needed a place to stay close to Legoland that met our sleeping needs and also didn’t cost an outrageous amount. This was affordable and slept us all comfortably and the staff was so kind and welcoming to us! We forgot our American to Korean outlet converters and they had one already set up in the room to charge apple phones! The only downside for us was breakfast because we are used to American style so our kids were not a fan of eating the sandwiches they offered but loved the kids juice boxes. There is a Gs25 and 7-Eleven in walking distance along with some other food places we passed on our walk too. Highly recommend this place!

這是一次超好的體驗，民宿環境十分漂亮，又有可愛清潔的小泳池。民宿老闆超級好，老闆知道我們沒有預備晚上燒烤的食物，立刻接載我們到附近超市買食物，晚上還預備美味的生果盤給我們，十分親切。 還有老闆三隻可愛的小狗， 都很親人。老闆知道我們不是自駕遊，早上還送我們到車站，非常感謝老闆的幫忙，下次有機會一定會再來，以及推薦給朋友。

Hotel is clean and fun. Our family enjoy much. They have treasure hut and uncountable lego blocks in the room. My girl loves this hotel the most in the whole Seoul trip. My girl enjoyed the little game in room, the swimming pool, a small warm pool, indoor children playground very very much! For car parking, we followed the naver map arrive the hotel. When we got there, they didnt allow us to park in front of the hotel, and we need to drive back to their specific parking area, and took shuttle bus back to the hotel again. This action wasted us an hour to go and back, and even waited around 30mins for check in. If they allow us to put down the luggage and do check-in first, and park the car later, that would be much better. It is sad for the 1st impression. And I found the locals would ask the staff to park their car for them to the specific car park. How come this could not be the same to foreign guests? One more is not good about the dinner buffet. This was paid, W90000. When we got there after swim, around 8-8:30pm, the food left not much.But they close at 9:30pm. They refill slowly slowly.

Het is minder bevrijd in de vroege dag, dus parkeergelegenheid is mogelijk en de kamers zijn goed onderhouden. Er is geen express hotel in Chuncheon, maar het is een goedkope accommodatie bedrijf met een niveau dat genoeg is om te ontspannen.

The owner was super kind and friendly! We came in to drop our bags, and they allowed us to check in wayy earlier than we were supposed to. For the price that I paid, I am VERY impressed with the room facilities. It was spacious, there were water dispensers and microwave on every level. The Microwave needs a bit of cleaning though. But my room and toilet was SUPER clean. I wished that they prepared normal sized towel, because we were only provided with a 'face towel'. But that's not a big issue. Location was okay, maybe 5-10 minutes walk (depending on the zebra crossings) to the nearest bus stop/metro. After checking out, owner also allowed us to leave out bags in her house (ground floor of the motel). She was very friendly. She can speak Korean and Chinese (Not English, but you can use Papago). Motel's location is also very near to a few cafes, a GS25, and restaurants. So it was very easy to have breakfast or dinner. Also walking distance to shopping area (Myeongdong-gil). That area also had MANY photobooth spots, a big Olive young. Conclusion: location was amazing!

사장님이 정말 친절하시고, 춘천에서 가볼 만한 재미있는 명소와 예쁜 카페들을 많이 소개해 주셨어요 🥰 객실도 매우 넓고 침대도 크며, 따뜻해서 편안하게 지낼 수 있었습니다. 위치도 정말 편리해서 버스와 지하철 모두 이용하기 좋고, 서울로 돌아가는 고속버스 터미널까지도 걸어서 12분 정도라 짐이 있어도 이동하기 수월했어요. 주변에 숙소는 많지만, 사장님의 따뜻한 배려와 친절함이 이 숙소의 가장 큰 장점이라고 생각합니다. 가성비도 다른 호텔들에 비해 훨씬 좋아요. 며칠을 묵어도 좋은 선택이고, 이번에는 6박을 했는데 정말 최고의 선택이었다고 느꼈습니다! 다음에 춘천에 오게 된다면, 꼭 다시 이곳에만 머물고 싶어요 😀

The room is nice and clean. We enjoy the warm floor and the reception staff speaks very good English. The hotel has children play area, and the 7-11 is just right at B2. We even doesnt need to go out for buying ice cream. The car parking is free. They have enough sign to show the parking area. Just one point was not much appreciate. Our room door was got someone opened at the mid-night without ring the bell. A person(not sure is male or female) came in and got out. This made me awake and couldnt fall to sleep again. This didnt awake our baby luckily. Obviously the person was a staff, and got a key card to open the door. We reported to the reception when we check out in the morning. However, the staff couldnt tell the reason. We could only give a reminder about checking the cctv, and this affected our experience well.

I chose this hotel because there is a washing machine in the room to do laundry. However after washing the clothes there was no way to properly dry the clothes. The hotel does not provide dryer. The only thing that the staff could do was to provide extra 5 hangers but there was no proper place to hang the clothes.

The room was clean and check-in was easy. I asked for a late check-out of 1-hour due to a marathon race and the receptionist agreed. However, the next day the hotel manager was knocking on the door and ushering me out telling me that check-out time is 12pm. I guess there was some miscommunication. Overall, a good stay.
