The hotel has very good location and the family room can easily accomodate family with two children. The room is spacious and the parking is very convenient. The stuff is very kind and helpful. The only thing I think the price is a bit high. I would expect and bit better room and interior of the hotel for the price. The carpets on the hallways looked a bit old and dirty and there was a small leakage in the bathroom, which was not bothering us, but I just think the price is too high to have this small inconveniences.

房間不大比較實用，主要是位置不錯，算是在原來千島湖鎮的城裡中心，向下走幾步就是魚味館，到銀泰城也是幾分鐘，可以免費停車哦。

酒店的地理位置非常優越，交通便利，周邊有很多餐飲和購物場所，非常適合度假休閑。其次，酒店的設施齊全，房間寬敞舒適，床鋪也非常柔軟，讓我們能擁有一個美好的睡眠。此外，酒店的服務人員態度非常熱情友好，無論是前台接待還是客房服務，都能及時解決我們的問題，讓我們感受到了賓至如歸的感覺。這次入住體驗讓我非常滿意，我會向親朋好友推薦這家酒店，並期待下次再次光臨！

環境:停車很方便，大廳後門走出去可以直接到停車場了。（停車券找前台小姐姐給即可免費停車）
特別貼心幫我們升級成了標間，房間空間很大，還配套有速溶咖啡➕茶葉包，整個房間的設施看起來特別像高級的酒店，品質沒得話説！
服務：前台小姐姐服務態度特別好，非常熱心。因為當天來考試的，特別謝謝前台小姐姐特別體貼還讓我們稍晚退房。

環境：環境處在是中心地段吃東西或者出行都比較方便
服務：服務態度是他們酒店的一大亮點，我前台的小姐姐當天來非常的熱情耐心的講解想給他點一個大大的贊
