First of all the pictures are deceiving I thought it was gonna be a little bit more fancier. Everything was torn down the front entrance. You couldn’t even walk into. The parking was ridiculous. I wish we could’ve canceled. The Jacuzzi was so dirty inside rooms were musty and dirty smelled.

You have to stay 4 nights so they can clean your room, otherwise your room will not be serviced

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location is unbeatable, with everything within walking distance. Convenience at its finest. The area's charm combined with the ease of getting around made my experience truly delightful.

Hotel is good, breakfast needs to improve, chilaquiles it’s no chilaquiles, no taste, they need to clean tables as soon as guess finish eating

The service was okay but the smell was horrible. The hallways and rooms have a weird smell to them and the smell of the water was so bad it would make us gag. The breakfast was also pretty bad i wouldn’t recommend staying here. I rate it a 2/10 honestly.

For the price this hotel was great! Free parking, Breakfast included and was good. There is a gas station, Burger King and a Mexican restaurant all walking distance which was great also and freeway close be Staff was super friendly and helpful. SeaWorld about 15 min drive as well Belmont park and beach. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. The bathroom tub did not drain properly, but I would definitely stay here again.

I had to late check out bec we had to wait for a confirmation from our boss it we are staying or not..they are very accommodating and only called once to make sure we are checking out...made it easy without the pressure and was always welcomed!! Thank you!!
