Good situation and close to someq shops.
The only downfall is that the manager is not very friendly and he could be a little more welcoming. It doesn't take much effort to welcome guests to your motel with a smile and who are supporting your business!
We stayed there for 5 nights. On day 3 they're supposed to change the bedsheets but they didn't.
The carpark space is also not that great.

The motel was in a central location enabling an easy drive to the CBD and the Shirely area. The staff were very friendly and ensured my stay was hazzle free.
The only draw back was the state of the IT system. Each unit was only permitted to have two devices connected to the WI FI. These days this is very unusual and when ther are two people with two devises this creates problems. In addition, I experienced many instances of the WI FI frezzing / not working - very annoying and an unacceptable state of affairs.

Handy to main centre.
No bath towels in room upon check-in.

Was a 2 night stay...location is on Bealey Ave which has high traffic flow recommend unit towards the rear or the property...unit was fairly basic ....bed a bit hard...bathroom could do with better storage even a shelf would be good...car parking bit tight recommend backing into the car park if you can.

The property and room size was good.
They didnt have iron. Not many power plugs,they didnt clean the room or bathroom we srayrd for 4 days and the beds were not made, no vaccumm, no toilet clean...
