Location, room comfort, hotel condition
I chose this hotel for its location.my late check-in and 3N stay was a very pleasant experience: comfortable bed and pillows, courteous and helpful staff, clean and generous sized room, plus professional service, efficiency and tranquility for business travel. Recommended!

The location is very convenient, walking distance to the shopping mall and many restaurants and a small night market nearby. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Ella and Joy. Super polite and patient. Room was perfect, very clean, everything I needed. Breakfast was also great, wide variety and helpful staff. I have 2 problems with the amenities, though. The gym was closed when I arrived, I opened the door and went in by myself. I found that 2 of the 3 treadmills weren’t working. I saw the hotel opened in 2022, so I don’t understand how they already have these kind of issues. The hotel also say that they have an indoor swimming pool, but this swimming pool is located in the mall next to the hotel, which means a late night swim is out of the question. In this heat, a swim at night would have been the perfect way to cool down. Either way, I would definitely recommend the hotel, as long as you don’t plan on using the gym or swimming pool.

The hotel facilities are very new and perfect. As soon as you enter the hotel, you can smell the fragrance. The lobby also has tea and biscuits for the guests to take. Every staff member is very warm service, especially Ray is very good. There was plenty to eat. All in all a very pleasant stay!

酒店出門幾分鐘就是高鐵站，交通非常方便，酒店旁邊有個商場，十幾分鍾路程還有條好吃街，好幾家餐廳營業到凌晨，房間真是不錯，床墊軟硬適中，睡覺很舒服，最貼心的就是兩個枕頭，這個贊一個，酒店很安靜，房間也夠大，房間內温度很適宜，穿短袖適合，早餐也不錯👍

不錯的希爾頓歡朋酒店，到店較晚，前台Hedy不但給了小禮物，還告知了周邊小吃街的方位，謝謝！門衞把停車也安排在了地面，衞生，設施均不錯、唯一不足的是房間內有些許潮濕（黴）氣味，希望改進。

房間設施乾淨衞生，房間鋪的是地毯，沒有任何的異味床品的舒適度很不錯，服務也不錯 早餐品種也很豐富，還有各種涪陵特色，比如油醪招，小麪等等，餐食的話，中餐西餐都有

一次非常滿意的體驗，涪陵這個城市感覺很親切，到了歡朋更是體會到了温暖，前台美女看到有小孩子，馬上詢問並提供了小拖鞋、小牙刷，還有伴手禮，服務相當貼心。酒店設施就不用説了，新酒店，整潔衞生舒適。總之相當推薦，住就行了。
