Waarschijnlijk het slechtste hotel waar ik ooit in heb verbleven. De kamer leek in niets op de foto. Vies, extreem basic, schimmel in de hoek van de kamer, versleten handdoeken, een waterkoker, maar geen kopje of drinken, luidruchtige airco, smerige badkamer en douche, goedkope plastic stoel, extreem luidruchtige bouwwerkzaamheden buiten mijn raam vanaf 06.30 uur, buurpaar schreeuwt tot middernacht. Ik zou kunnen doorgaan.
Ik kon niet wachten om eruit te komen, maar de liften waren zo slecht dat zelfs dat een eeuwigheid duurde.

Nice hotel, it was a comfortable stay. You can see it has a nice view in the picture. The service and helpfulness of 周宇 was extremely good.
Totally recommended.

The location is great if one wants to be near the good attractions but would rather sleep in a quiet area, far from the bustling street markets, who will try to sell you everything. The room was okay, not too old. Can't complain for the price. The Tatami room looked quite nice, with the view. The receptionist was very helpful and made sure to explain everything. Thanks again 琴琴!

The hotel is located on Zhongshan 4th Road which is a very fancy-looking road. It’s very peaceful and quiet, and safe even late at night. The room looked pretty much like in the pictures, maybe just a little old. The room was clean though. Room service was also really good, they replaced the towels, slippers, toothbrush etc. daily. 琴琴 was very warm and hospitable as well, she even offered free bottled water when checking out. If I’m ever in Chongqing again, I’ll definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel in a quiet (but central) location. I had a great view out of my window. The room was spacious with big windows on either side.
The location is just a short walk from metro lines 2 and 3, and only a few stops from downtown Chongqing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I don't speak Chinese but with translator apps and some gesticulating we managed to communicate just fine. They would've even given me more water bottles when I checked out. Very nice of them.
