平時不愛點評，但是這次入住感受確實不錯，值得我這個懶人點個5星好評。衞生間乾濕分離，房間乾淨住得舒心，看我帶有小朋友，前台那個叫洵美的妹妹主動幫我升級了房間，服務意識很棒！晚上免費提供的簡單的宵夜也可以體現一個酒店的格局，希望格雷斯生意長虹。

酒店地下停車庫停車很方便，前台小妹妹服務很好，洵美妹妹還會貼心準備温熱的礦泉水，辦理入住退房也很快，酒店對面的小麪不錯，具有重慶特色，房間也很滿意，朋友都説這次選對酒店了。

設施設備上來説還是很齊備的，洗衣房健身房都有，前台徽因很有耐心，對於問詢講解很細緻，給了很多不錯的建議，非常感謝，避開了很多雷。

房間面積很大，前台小姐姐洵美很熱情，免費升級了房間，附近有劉家台和五里店兩個地鐵站，早餐選擇性還是比較多，酒店乾淨整潔大氣，值得推薦!

環境：服務超好，超出預期，提供茶水還有水果
隔音情況：非常安靜，我平時睡覺很輕，但是在這裏完全聽不到樓道和隔壁的聲音，非常贊
地理位置：離地鐵站很近很方便
最後點贊一下幫忙辦理入住辦理退房的前台小姐姐，服務態度很好，很貼心
點外賣是有小機器人幫忙送上去的（還挺可愛）

有宵夜，這點很人性化，酒店大門是感應的，非常安全，服務人員也很盡責。不過洗衣機很忙，有需要的小夥伴記得早佔坑，並寫好標簽。酒店雖然看不到江景，但是城景也很好。

酒店房間很乾凈，簡約，酒店的服務人員都很熱情，出行打車挺方便的，遇上春節有時候車用量比較緊張，晚上有自助宵夜， 前台菲菲服務很好，下次還選擇這家酒店。
