This was a real surprise a really amazing room immaculately clean bedding and modern stylish furniture. I got lost finding the right building and the layout of corridors and the staff were extremely helpful on the phone and in directing me to my room. Great hotel and great city!

Loved this hotel. The location next to Paradise walk was fantastic, but what made it really 5-star was the hotel itself. The rooms are huge and the hotel made sure there were free snacks and sodas in the fridge. There was construction in the neighborhood, so the hotel provided a note explaining and provided us with earplugs in case we wanted to use them. The lobby is cute with ample seating, snacks, and free fresh ground coffee. We were thrilled with our stay and cannot recommend this little gem enough.

一次相當糟糕的旅遊體驗。
1.隔音相當差，門外有人走路，隔壁房間開門都能聽到。我們入住當天隔壁有一家人一直在吵鬧，向前台申請換個房間還要另外補收差價，我們訂的是無窗房，申請有窗要補差價我們能理解，可是衹是左邊換到右邊的房間也要補差50，屬實不能理解。前台説隔壁吵可以聯繫前台處理。結果小孩子半夜隔一段時間哭一下又停一下哭一下又停下，我們想着多一事不如少一事就算了。導致我們當晚幾乎沒怎麼睡好。這件事衹是想表達房間隔音真的非常差勁。
2.浴室的這個花灑（圖一）是壞掉的，雖説沒多大影響，但是我們交了住宿費也不至於用壞掉的花灑吧？還有這個地板（圖二）沒有做防水台，浴室裏水會流出來，一個不小心就會腳滑。衹能拿浴巾扔地上吸水。
3.不知道上幾家房客在kk買的東西（圖三）貼紙還粘在桌面上，這個衞生條件也是佩服的。
優點
衹有前台姐姐非常禮貌待人，服務很周到。
以後來重慶旅遊再也不會入住這家酒店了。

特別温馨舒適的酒店，有很多好吃的的火腿腸，學生黨特別喜歡，早餐還有炸蛋！！而且位置特別好，前面是大商場，隨時可以喝到茶顏悦色！4.27晚值班的小姐姐和4.28早上值班前台的小姐姐也特別特別有耐心，特別舒適的一次體驗！

這是我遇到過最好的主管，她的名字叫文琪奇，長的漂亮，小姑娘還很熱情，第一次來重慶，不知道怎麼帶長者出來玩，小文給了我很多攻略，衹要我有問題，小文都一一解答，不厭其煩，感恩遇見，還有酒店真的很人性化，盡然有免費的小吃，還有酒店環境超好，我們住的雙床房，盡然還有冰箱，簡直就像在家裡，超級温馨的哦，還有酒店地理位置也超級棒，出來有好多美食，離地鐵口很近，能去到重慶重要景點，如解放碑等等，最主要的是，走的着急落了東西，小文第一時間聯繫到我，順豐幫我寄回來，感恩遇見

本次是出差來住的，感覺不錯，有早餐，房間衞生很乾凈，空氣好，周邊環境也不錯，龍湖時代商業街天街，逛街也很方便

前台服務超級好，酒店還準備了免費的小零食，房間很大，有免費的一次性洗臉巾和浴巾，很貼心，樓下很多吃的，交通也方便。

前台小姐姐非常熱情，服務很周到，一進大廳就有好多好多的免費零食還有喝的，還可以免費嗦粉，超愛。房間的環境也不錯，打掃的很乾凈沒有味道，下次還會再來的

房間乾淨，大廳食品琳琅滿目，前台小姐姐態度很好。走的時候，咖啡機不做作了，小姐姐去庫房拿了一把雀巢咖啡，我們當即泡了一壺，為旅途增加了幾分甜蜜。
