Amazing room, amazing service, amazing location. Nothing bad to say about this hotel, expect for the elevators which were a little inconvenient sometimes during peak hours. Front desk ladies are all amazingly well trained and super super helpful, as well as service staff. The room view was amazing on both sides ( we switched rooms to see both views) and the room was spacious and very clean. Easy access to the rooftop observatory, and the hotel provided discounted tickets for us. Overall, even better than some 5 star international hotels and I will stay here again for sure. Thank you for a good experience!

離店半個月才想起忘記點評，平時我是沒有在攜程點評的習慣的。但他家酒店必須來給好評！每天都有管家忙前忙後，衣食住行都給安排的明明白白的，每天都有免費洗衣服務，這太和我心意了！還有行李寄送服務，完全幫你解放雙手，輕鬆去機場！地理位置也超好，就在雲端之眼同一個樓，出門基本步行十幾分鍾內都可以到達：地鐵站，洪崖洞，長江夜遊碼頭等打卡地。。。。。。長江索道出門右轉2分鐘就到了！！！最後感謝一下管家阿豪，臨走的時候還送了一袋伴手禮，零食飲用水，超貼心！

房間風景太好啦、樓層很高，附近繁華，一下樓就是各種吃喝玩樂。尤其前台阿豪和芋圓小姐姐的服務，服務態度好到我都不好意思了😅浴缸好評哦！送一次性浴缸套還要沐浴鹽還有泡泡浴，很滿意哈哈哈哈

房間整體來説還可以，衞生有些死角清潔不到位，毛巾和浴巾太老舊了，管家芙蓉服務很好，24小時隨時都可以聯繫到。景色是唯一的特點，但是衹有一塊玻璃是乾淨的，其餘的玻璃不是很好拍攝

房間很好，夜晚燈火閃亮，62層，已經不用到雲端之眼了，芙蓉小管家很貼心，服務很好，感覺住一天短了，下次還會繼續選擇。希望以後如果房間配備冰箱就更好了。

服務態度很好。樓下吃飯也很方便 夜景很美。 去衞生間有個小樓梯 上下的時候要注意別被絆倒。 衞生間，洗浴，洗手盆都是分開的。家庭親子很方便 感受高空夜景很贊

房間主打設計師風格，配合重慶夜景無敵；浴缸女兒也很喜歡，地理位置也比較優越離解放碑洪崖洞距離適中；為酒店的管家服務點贊，從帶客入住到洗衣整體定製化十足，表揚管家圖圖早晨5點就給我送回洗的衣物，服務很滿意。
