Amazing room, amazing service, amazing location. Nothing bad to say about this hotel, expect for the elevators which were a little inconvenient sometimes during peak hours. Front desk ladies are all amazingly well trained and super super helpful, as well as service staff. The room view was amazing on both sides ( we switched rooms to see both views) and the room was spacious and very clean. Easy access to the rooftop observatory, and the hotel provided discounted tickets for us. Overall, even better than some 5 star international hotels and I will stay here again for sure. Thank you for a good experience!

朋友推薦給我的，一開始我衹是以為這家酒店的優勢是地理位置好，酒店環境和窗外夜景很好看。結果入住了才知道，最抓人心的是這裏的貼心服務。在入住前一天酒店就給我打電話聯繫，圖圖是負責我房間的管家，任何問題都會及時處理和解決，還超暖心！這種七星級酒店都享受不到的服務，簡直不要太賺了！超出預期的入住體驗，所以又果斷續住兩天！哈哈

服務態度很好。樓下吃飯也很方便 夜景很美。 去衞生間有個小樓梯 上下的時候要注意別被絆倒。 衞生間，洗浴，洗手盆都是分開的。家庭親子很方便 感受高空夜景很贊

房間主打設計師風格，配合重慶夜景無敵；浴缸女兒也很喜歡，地理位置也比較優越離解放碑洪崖洞距離適中；為酒店的管家服務點贊，從帶客入住到洗衣整體定製化十足，表揚管家圖圖早晨5點就給我送回洗的衣物，服務很滿意。

地理位置好，交通方便，房間舒適衞生，服務人員都很熱情，樂於供給各種幫忙，管家阿豪十分周到，每天都可以清洗衣服，值得誇獎

第一次來重慶，在攜程因為顏值選擇的這家，沒想到服務也那麼好，一人帶三個娃，管家貼心詢問幫我們打了地鋪，很舒服，下面有床墊的那種，酒店每天都給洗衣服，疊好送過來，每天都有新鮮水果，為了更好的體驗，我每天都換了房型😊，體驗都非常好，推薦給各位，尤其是帶娃的媽媽們，睡到自然醒出門，玩累了，娃趕快回來泡澡，休息一下，晚上再出去覓食😄非常愜意，位置也優越，24小時都可以吃到可口的美食，熱情的重慶，夜晚不睡覺的重慶，夜景無敵的重慶

一家服務和環境都很滿意的酒店，當時看了評論有的説不好還猶豫了下，看來一切多慮了。電梯需要轉一下才能上63樓前台， 前台和小丸子服務都超級好，要了兩個房間，帶了孩子還特意準備了孩子的拖鞋和洗漱用品，細節很到位。酒店位於聯合國際的62和63樓，高空的景色就是美。去雲端之眼直接上67樓即可，去解放碑和洪崖洞都很近，長江索道就在酒店樓下，樓下也有停車場🅿️，附近的景點我們都是走路去玩的 重慶旅遊旺季 車容易堵車 坐地鐵🚇也方便

五星好評的酒店。來之前訂的時候沒有注意到這家酒店的樓頂是重慶雲端之眼觀景台，入住時感到極大驚喜。酒店本身的服務沒話説，面面俱到，體貼周到，管家小橙子人極好，業務非常嫻熟，主動幫忙拿行李，熱情囑咐各種注意事項。酒店衞生極佳，進門就能看到重慶夜景，視角非常棒。從酒店可以直達雲端之眼，第一高度俯瞰魔幻重慶，感覺魔幻加倍。美景加上優質服務，住在這裏心情超級好。來重慶都可以試試這家店，位置就在解放碑附近，地鐵通行方便場地，絕對是重慶旅遊上好的住宿選擇。
