Receptionists are helpful and nice. Hotel is also very clean. One drawback is the location is a bit difficult to find.

酒店前台提前打電話聯繫會主動詢問入住要求，發定位，房間床和床品都很舒適，兩種枕芯，可以按自己喜好選擇使用，設施比較新， 有洗衣房，烘乾機自助使用，洗洗換換很ok，前台小童不錯。機場火車站到酒店交通方便，酒店門口就有地鐵口、公交站出門去景點不費事，下樓過個馬路就是觀音橋步行街和好吃街，性價比高。

房間 特別好 每天看投影很爽很清晰，保潔阿姨也是很親切，一出門碰到就會自動問需添東西和打掃房間，有洗衣機和烘乾機太方便了，前台童童小姐姐態度也很棒，入住前專門免費升級房型，空調可開很舒服、涼快。下次來重慶玩還會定!

酒店非常好，前台小智服務非常貼心，早餐也很好，非常滿意，衞生乾淨，一塵不染，房間住着很安心，早餐也很nice，入住首選。來重慶住在這裡是最方便的，旁邊就是地鐵9號線，去任何地方都很方便，十八梯，山城道，洪崖洞，看幹廝門大橋，都很方便，而且小姐姐們很熱情，房間還有專門的機器人送東西，外賣不尷尬，很安全也很安心！

房間乾淨，早餐豐富，前台小美女熱情好客，店裡還給了旅遊攻略，推薦了本地好吃的火鍋，最重要的一點，由於是晚上的火車，退房後還給免費寄存了將近一天的行李，大大的贊

早飯不錯，環境較乾淨，有機器人送外賣，酒店的地理位置很好，前台小苟服務不錯，9號線觀音橋站8號出口上來，往前走沒幾步就到了。 樓下就有個公安局，感覺還挺安全的

整體乾淨，完美體現了愛乾淨住漢庭。床也很舒適，出門都會打招呼。前台小苟服務不錯，酒店前面就是地鐵站，沖沖沖！
