MERCURE CHONGQING JIEFANGBEI HONGYA CAVE

住了兩天，總體來説除了房間小點其他都還行，特別讓我感到印象最深的樓上洗衣房的阿姨，昨天小孩子的白褲子玩的很臟，拿到洗衣房洗了，晚上拿回來的時候阿姨已經幫我烘乾打包了，拿回房間發現少了條褲子，去洗衣房找的時候，發現阿姨正在幫我手洗，阿姨説因為洗衣機洗的不是很乾凈，她又重新幫我搓洗了幾遍，👍👍

之前住了兩晚，各方面都很好，結果沒想到延住這一晚體驗比較糟糕。 3月5號下午在手機上辦好了延住之後，傍晚到前台請他們幫我刷好房卡延住一天，前台告訴我，延住要等到3月6號早上6點以後，再來刷房卡。 於是我在3月6號的中午1點左右，又來到了前台，前台的工作人員順利的幫我刷好了房卡。 3月7號早上我吃完早餐回到房間，發現房卡無法開門了。於是我來到了電梯間，想看看有沒有電話能夠打到前台，請工作人員來幫我開門，拿着行李我就要退房了，但是很遺憾電梯間設施不是很到位沒有能夠打到前台的電話。於是我又來到工作人員的布草間，可是那邊也沒有人。 於是我想到給前台用手機打個電話，我發現房卡上、還有裝房卡的紙套子上都沒有前台的電話，最後我是用地圖軟件查到了酒店的電話，把電話打到前台請工作人員來開門。 然而在給前台打電話的時候，前台的工作人員一口咬定是我沒有及時到前台來刷房卡造成的，我告訴對方我去了也刷過了，但是前台並沒有認同我的説法。於是我在上邊寫出了我2次去前台的大致時間，酒店如果有時間有興趣的話可以翻看一下前台的監控錄像。 最終，打了電話以後酒店很快來人幫我刷開了房門，但是對於前台這種一口咬定我沒有去刷過房卡的態度，我覺得很遺憾。

Everything in Perfect. Love the service of all the staffs. Very helpful. Great location. Very clean. Will definitely back to this hotel when back to Chongqing.

Everything is great except parking area. It is very hard to load and unload luggages because you need to walk into a small intersection for a car to park

The hotel's location is very convenient and is within walking distance of the bustling areas of Hongyadong and Jeifangbei pedestrian. There are a lot of places to eat and shop around. The hotel's service is great. The hotel staff at the front desk are very enthusiastic and helpful. The hotel provides FOC self-service laundry. The food delivery robot is great. The breakfast is nice. The hotel is new and the rooms are fully intelligent, the space is small, and the decoration style is light toned, simple and comfortable. Our room at 12th floor is facing the street, we can hear the traffic noise and hawking downstairs.

The facilities are good, especially the self laundry service which includes everything needed. The breakfast includes both Chinese and Western food. Additionally, the hotel room is equipped with a sound control system to manage lights, temperature, curtains or even replenish amenities. Will come back again if got the chance.
