The hotel has made an excellent effort in the Christmast decoration, makes You feel at home. The polite receptionist made a good impression in My family due to the fast attention. I recomend this hotel if doing a two days trip to cholula is in your 2024 plans, the prices are not expensive They should do their Best with the shower privacy because You can not use the toilet if somebody is taking a shower. The restaurant service has one of the Best attentions i've ever had in hotels. If You want to do exercise I recomend You walk to the top of the church is 10minutes near to the hotel

Booked here as part of a wedding group that had a reception across the road. The hotel is "average". TV remote control provided to you upon check-in. Sheets and towels are changed every day, whether you like it or not. No facecloths provided. All decorative elements in room are glued down (fake plants). Drapes did not fully close as the rail was jammed. Shower curtain was in need of replacement. You will not be able to sleep here on a weekend without ear plugs - there are 3-4 event spaces at hotel or nearby, with weddings and 15th birthday parties going up until 4am. Staff were otherwise helpful with any issues!

The place is been have a lack of maintenance , light bulbs n covers are broken , garbage from previous guest in the room The room is outdated , definitely I will appreciate a refund.

En general para una noche un buen hotel. Las incomodidades fueron que no hay ganchos ni plancha en el hotel.
Almohadas chicas, cuadradas y duras.
No hay aire acondicionado ni calefacción.
No hay toallero por lo que tienes que poner la toalla sobre el mueble

Lo normal es un hotel 3 estrellas no esperaba mucho aunque siento que la televisión tienen que cambiarlas están muy obsoletas

La cama tenía pulgas o un bicho parecido que me picó muchas veces (se lo demostré a la jefa de recepción) La habitación desprovista de toallas y cuando las proporcionaron estaban viejas y ásperas (también se lo demostré a la jefa de recepción)

El colchón de las camas DURÍSIMO y las almohadas fatales!!!! Ni con las 4 que había por cama (matrimonial) se lograba una altura regular, el relleno súper ligero. Ambas cosas son cuestión de gusto, nos las alucinamos! Tampoco nos agradó el difusor de aroma (demasiado intenso). El hotel ofrece servicio de fiestas y banquetes y el estacionamiento es insuficiente y Descuidan el servicio para los huéspedes! El trato amable y diligente. La limpieza de áreas comunes y habitación perfecto.
