Hotel is spotless to begin with! The room attendants work so hard and all the poolside is hosed down daily, they collect cups as soon as you put them down which is great and means no rubbish anywhere . Yes the rooms are dated but who cares? The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is clean! The only advice I would give is, be careful with young children having showers etc because there is no signs to say the water gets VERY hot and cold, I would also recommend a shower mat in the bath as it’s quite slippy BUT my room was spacious, clean and the view was alright. Don’t expect miracles for what this hotel lacks in modern decor it makes up with awesome, attentive staff who are very helpful and will tell you all you need to know about the area and also some fun facts! Special shout-out to the bar manager Ronnie a real gent with very good local knowledge and nothing was too much trouble. Food is okay and the salads are lovely and fresh although I would venture out for food because I’m a little bit of a food snob but there’s plenty of it and it’s hot and fresh just the variety for me. I also recommend you bring a hairdryer which we sometimes take for granted and the safe in the room wasn’t working but all in all excellent value for money and great for families with children. Not so much a single holiday but I enjoyed the peaceful poolside and the white wine is decent what more could you want. Also they really do have a variety of entertainment and themed food nights which is needed because it is quite off the radar but I think this adds an endearing quality to the hotel. I would recommend this hotel for couples and families who want a happy, sunny. Safe holiday that’s not in the thick of it but isn’t for the people who wish to go to bed at 10pm.

First impressions of the hotel was lovely, easy check in, the views were stunning from the bar area. Hotel room was spacious, beds were comfy with extra pillows in wardrobe, our view from the balcony I feel was the best we had a sea view room to watch the sunset from the bed if you wanted to, food was in my opinion great, lots to choose from with amazing salad choices, my partner is a fussy eater but he managed to eat something each time. The snack options were good homemade burgers were nice. We didn't stay for many of the entertainment evenings but we're told they were good, the normal kids club then bingo before the main event. Shops are just up the road past the fat fig pub to the junction and left around 3 min walk. There is a shop in the hotel but a little pricey, so your better off going to the shop to get big water bottles. Staff couldnt do enough for you. All in all we loved our stay with eleni village. Tge pics are my personal ones.

We were staying as a family in 3 different rooms. For the first night it was very quiet, the sun set was amazing. The staff were very friendly. The down sides 1. There was a big group of teens who made noise till 5 in the morning. We complained the following night and the staff spoke to the room. 2. The cocktails were made with syrups and were not pleasant. 3. The kids club was limited but the children liked the person running. Noting the movie day she put the movie on her phone. 4. The snacks through the day was limited to burgers and nuggets. 5. The buildings are all tired and require renovating

Lovely hotel, fantastic staff and in a great location! My friend and I spent a week at this lovely hotel in April 2024. Huge rooms and really comfortable beds/pillows. We had rooms overlooking the beach bar. the staff are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them-they always seemed happy and they worked so hard! Our rooms were cleaned daily-very well too! The food was excellent and variable and included loads of salads and sea foods. There was a theme for dinner each evening, i.e. Italian night, barbeque, Cypriot etc. There were always chips, sausages, burgers etc for the fussier eaters! We went all inclusive and enjoyed sampling the different cocktails from the friendly bar staff! Special mention goes to Mike on reception, Soulla and Cristi at the beach bar and Alex & the entertainment crew. We used the local buses for trips-the service is excellent and cheap to use. Altogether a great experience-we didn't want to leave! We just have one criticism- please think about installing some toilets that are more user friendly. Both lots of loos were down several sets of stairs which were a bit of a pain to negotiate from the bar or pool area!! We'd still return though....!

Good points: large comfortable room, very clean, great staff, food pretty good and plentiful, big pool. Bad points: deafening pop music by pool for aquaroblcs. Also rather loud music in the evening. Luckily our room was around the back so we were able to escape the worst of it. If the room had been poolside it would have driven us crazy. Confusion on arrival as to what was free drinkswise, three different opinions! A welcome pack in the room explaining the rules would be good. Good for money.

If I listened to the bad reviews I wouldn’t experience such a lovely holiday. The room was clean and a cleaner come in everyday to clean your room which I found was excellent. The staff was amazing they went above and beyond for you. The entertainment was so fun. Alex the entertainer was so funny. We didn’t venture out to the clubs because we wanted to see Alex every night The food was nice there was something for everyone every night I would love to return

The hotel was sold as four star, it struggles to make two star! The room's are dated, in need of updating, the food was cold most days, the location is awkward as you needed a bus to get anywhere. The staff were very helpful and probably underpaid.

Great location on main coastal road. Good if you hire a car or if you don’t as bus access into Paphos & Coral Bay nearby. We stayed here on a half board basis and found the food very good. Most of the other guests were staying as all inclusive basis. We found the drinks a little watery which as we were paying for them, left us deflated. The building itself is a bit tired looking and could do with a paint. I wouldn’t recommend here if you have any mobility issues or problems with stairs as it’s stairs everywhere and I wish I had known this. It’s great here for families as the entertainment program was on throughout the day and night. We came in April and out of season and thought it would have been quieter but there was a group party of many teens who were staying next door and underneath and noise was a bit of issue sometimes. One great thing here was the spa facility and I used it and found the therapist great and the prices very reasonable as they offered great trea**ent packages. The maid service on the whole was good, the maid we had was great but the 2 days she was off only our bins were emptied and no beds made nor cleaning carried out. So on the whole great for families, good access to the beach, good pools, and nice staff. We just found it a little rowdy due to our neighbouring guests who were obviously there with chaperones and not parents. And like all teens will go a bit wild when your parents are not around. The best thing for us with the stay was the food and Spa facilities

Absolutely love staying at this place. Cleaned every morning. Staff is always around making sure your happy and comfortable. Can't wait to come again with my kids in August. They will absolutely love the water and looking through the shops.
