Very poor rooms. Unhygienic and uncleaned bathrooms. Swimming pool not active. No way similar to the pictures shown. No breakfast spreads and quality is too low. Front desk not at all helpful and needs frequent reminder for the services asked. Bed sheets are very bad and cleaning of the linen is very poor

Resort is very bad. Everyone please needs to go through following problems we faced after paying 4500 Rs. 1. Lift not working 2. Staff needs special invitation for making a recharge of room TV. They give excuses like free recharge on de***d and not following the same. 3. In restaurant menu not showing the quantity of food. 4. Gaming not in proper working condition. 5. Staff not following guidelines of covid19. 6. Staff behaviour is very rude. 7. They are de***ding extra money on name of late check-out. 8. They are telling their Home made rule of 8 hours stay.

The sheets were changed on request. Hot water was a problem in this peak winter. Room was not made ready before our arrival. Food was not good. Service was poor. Bathroom had water leaking and unclean. Not recommended considering the high prices

Found the resort quite open and spacious. I stayed in a room which was big enough. Upkeep is generally good. Good quality food at a reasonable price. The resort seems to be an ideal wedding destination in Chittorgarh. The GM himself remains at the center stage and takes care of the small de***ds of the customers.

Very good place to stay and enjoy. Good rooms garden and very good pool. Staff is good and food is also good. Place is well maintained and spacious to enjoy the stay. Stay was comfortable and cost effective. City is not big and you can get Autos to have ride to fort. Overall god experience.
