Room / washroom was perfectly clean and was managed in well manner.

Location wise good hotel, delcuis breakfast. Regularly staying whenever i visit muzaffarnagar. Getting room during marriage season difficult.

Room was not clean. Actual cost was 2000. Mmt makes it 2900. So much costly. .

It was a well located property within market place. It had accessibility from all major roads coming from delhi and going to other parts of utter pradesh.

The stay was good but the washroom shower was not working well as well as the quality of water provided was not good.

Anyhow i spent a night there even after changing room. All the facilities t hare but not all maintained. Foul smelling rooms sip-page in bathroom. Somewhere tv not in service somewhere ac not in service. Manager not available all the time. For everything guard is responsible. No arrangement of food there. Hotel is in prime location but not gentlemen's stay.

This is one of the best hotels at a place like mujaffarnagar, food is awesome although high rated somewhat but taste and quantity are worth having. Rooms are clean and all safety standards they follow here. I liked staying here.

Sure, the hotel structure is good but the staff is so rude. By the time i made my check in the receptionist was talking to me in a really nuisance manner which was intolerable. At about 4:30 am in the morning the tv adapter in my room blasted and it hit my head so bad. My charger was completely burnt. The geyser was not working. No switch was working in the room. When i came back for breakfast after my exam and ordered breakfast they again talked so pathetically. When you call them for booking a room they always say they do not have rooms and when we check it there are ample of rooms present. I will be really grateful if their staff members start behaving nicely. It's really bad for anybody to face such thing while traveling alone.
