В целом неплохой отель, чувствуется, что привыкли принимать гостей не самого простого уровня. Но очень удивило, что первые двое суток из четырех, которые я там проживала, не только не меняли полотенца, не убирались, но даже и мусорки не выносили. Соответственно ни тебе положенной бутилированной воды, ни пополнения туалетной бумаги. Кулера на этаже нет. Кондиционера в номере стандарт нет. При этом в середине июля уже месяц как держалась жара от +28 до +36. Неплохо для этого региона. Завтраки с 7.00, конечно не из трех блюд, выбор есть, но по сравнению с Аркадией, где жили мои коллеги по командировке, прямо скажем, небогатые. В общем и целом дотянули до четверочки, но ожидала точно большего.

Хотела 5 поставить, пока не заказала завтрак в номер. Завтрак оказался достаточно чудовищным для оценки в 5. Во-первых, части заказа не оказалось в наличии, но деньги с меня взяли за всё. Я так удивилась, что даже пересчитала ещё раз на калькуляторе (чек не дали). Приборов тоже не дали - парень принес тарелку с омлетом в фольге и стакан "с собой" - всё. Омлет оказался жутко пересоленым, так что чуть не подавилась. Никаких 10 % за сервисное обслуживание такое, конечно, не стоит. Сам номер нормальный, отель в самом центре, заселили сразу по прибытию, просто не надо тут кушать.

Забронировал номер в отеле с заездом в 9 утра, от отеля пришло подтверждение что все в порядке. Я должен был прилететь, переодеться и бежать на совещание. В отеле администратор Екатерина в заезде отказала, мотивируя это тем что бронирование было не гарантированно. Как гарантировать бронирование тоже пояснить не смогла, ей вообще без разницы. В итоге я получил сорванное совещание, отелю на это похрен вообще. Пока сидел здесь наблюдал похожую ситуацию у клиента, и точно такую же ужасную работу персонала. Жаль что в аркадии мест не было, там таких проблем не бывает.

Отель в центре города, но уже поживший. Номера просторные, ванная старомодная, но все в наличии и работает. Завтрак обилен, но постоянная проблема с кофе - наливают малюсенькую чашку, потом еще одну и еще. Неужели нельзя купить нормальных? Минусы - чем ближе к дню выезда, тем хуже уборка. Пуль не вытирают, постель не заправляют и тд, хотя первые дни пребывания нареканий не было. Отвратительная звукоизоляция!!! В погоне за прибылью постоянно сдаются залы ресторанов под мероприятия с музыкой. Спать невозможно. После скандала - пересилили. Клиентоориентированность -ноль
