Bedroom needs a closet - there is nowhere to hang anything. A huge room with no drawers or closet We were disappointed that they arranged a new year eve dinner but not everyone was informed of it which was strange. By the time we found out it was sold out Hotel is beautiful though

Best glamping in Guatemala. Staff was friendly and helpful. Easy to book guided tours to Semuc Champey, bat caving, and mirador at the hotel for about $100 per couple. Restaurant menu could be better but the nachos were the best. Tents were comfortable. Bring mosquito repellent and towels

The place is very nice and peaceful, the service excellent, as is the food. There are hammocks, a firepit, a pool table, and pools to relax. The wifi works only close to the reception and pool area.

Don't get near this dreadful "hotel". This place, horrible at itself is run in a cowboys manner. There is no aspect in this institute which is reasonable so I just go through our experience step by step: we took a nine hours taxi drive from lake Atitlan to Lanquin with the purpose of visiting Senuc champai. We booked, a month in advance a double room with a bath. When we arrived to the hotel late in the afternoon we found out that the hotel made a mistake and the booking was for a tent. When we show manager the written confirmation that we booked and paid for a room and not a tent he said that it is a mistake of the computer system and it is not it's problem and that the rooms are fully booked. When we assist of having a room even in a different place, he offered us a room in a third grade hostel. We refused to go to that place. In this stage we decided to leave the place fitst thing in the morning, without visiting Semuc champai, since there is one a day shuttle and we couldn't think of staying at this place one more night. With no other options we took the tent for one night. After one hour sleep, my wife woke up screaming of pain. A black scorpion bite her finger while she was in bed. At that time there was no staff at there. The only person to be found was the armed night guard who was kind enough to call his boss by the telephone. The boss on his part was kind enough to offer to come and take my wife to the health center on his motorbike. We agreed, but guess what, he never showed up. The first moment we could, we left this so called "hotel" without looking back. Keep away from this place, you better give your money to charity, gamble or flash it in the toilet rather than go this place.

Originally I was scoping out food in the area. And then I came across this sweet oasis. I came for lunch and then ultimately decided to check if they had any tents available. Dani at the front desk was so helpful and got me in a glamping tent in less than 10 minutes. The staff here is remarkable! They really care about you and your experience. They accommodated all my needs and the place itself is 10/10. Clean tents, pool and restrooms. By the end of my stay I decided to upgrade to one of the private rooms and that also was a wonderful experience. The aesthetic really gives you a tranquil vibe. Next time I visit lanquin I will be making sure to book here!

The place has a nice restaurant with friendly staff. There are vegetarian/vegan options. It has nice pools and activities. Also, you may ask the staff for help if you need transportation to Semic Champey. The place was clean and it has parking spot.

A natural beauty , love having direct contact with nature, the concept of the tent very interesting and comfortable , bathrooms very clean, beautiful swimming pools, friendly staff , close to all attractions .

Hôtel sympa sans plus. Globalement on a l’impression que rien n’est fait pour l’entretenir, dommage. Petit déjeuner et restaurant plutôt bons. On a dormi dans une tente 2 soirs, on ne conseille pas forcément vu la chaleur (pas de Clim) et les douches communes.
