前台客服人員差評: 1.長者獨自住宿。請求幫忙帶路至房間，前台原話———往裡拐，一直往裡拐 2.讓客服人員幫忙連結Wi-Fi，未幫忙説:自己掃一掃就行了 2.床頭夜燈一直沒辦法關閉，二次請求幫忙，客服人員説:前台有錢，走不開。幾次詢問客服其都是坐在裏面玩手機，身為賓館前台，其不負責任的行為實屬過分，望相關人員可以整改。

環境不錯，離市醫院近，交通都很方便，門口就是公交車站，第一次住酒店遇見這麼多蚊子，打了一晚上蚊子，第二天又會出現五六衹。有些時候那本子就就有可能，那就又一直有蚊子嗎有可能下次住那還有蚊子蚊香液也不管用。
衞生：衞生還不錯。
服務態度挺好的

1:水龍頭上無熱水，洗漱還需用花灑。
2:水龍頭關住後還一直流水。
3:窗簾一拉拉桿掉下來。
4:房間門關不嚴，有風會一直響。
5:吹頭髮鏡子旁邊都沒插座，需要盲吹。
6:房間燈也不是很亮。
以上總結不推薦，需要住店慎重選擇。

房間很乾凈整潔，衞生間也很大很乾凈，酒店門口就是公交站，右邊就是百柳商場，右邊過個馬路就是市醫院，左邊就是鹿鳴春飯店，都超不過500米，非常方便。
