我們兩個房間。本來想早上6:50吃早餐，然後早點出發。問前台説，7:00開始。6:50吃不了，我根本理解不了，我覺得自己多餘問她，一般酒店會給客户提供一些吃的，如果需要早走的話，我們的房費是含早餐的。但是前台明顯沒有這個意識，根本不管客人怎麼樣。早上我6:50去了，有一個服務員在那忙，還有一個炸油條的我覺得挺敬業的！6:50所有的吃的都準備好了，但是有一個煮麪的男服務員，我讓他幫我煮一份麪，他説要等7:00才行，我都沒搭理他，他和那個前台一個德行，心裏心裏哪有客人的方便，那裡想到自己是做服務工作的？他轉身就回到後廚了，7:00後我也沒再看見他出來。我真的想笑，如果覺得自己不喜歡做就換一個工作吧？何必呢。入住和退房都耽誤了我們不少的時間。所以我覺得服務我不想説什麼了。我不是第一次住這個酒店。環境還是可以，早餐也還可以

前台Fly Yoyo服務好，態度熱情，很有耐心，詢問房間要求，給安排了陽面無煙房，睡的很舒服，周圍出行方便，早餐很不錯，種類齊全，客房衞生乾淨，性價比高，下次來赤峯還會選擇智選酒店。
