Overated.Worst service for a 5 star hotel. Rooms ok, bathroom super small and the shower had black mold. No towels for the pool, bring the ones in your room. When asked to get fresh towels, not available. Took 2 1/2 hrs. To get a simple snack. 😤

Good location in the middle of the city, good service in general, good staff (Edgardo from reception was very kind), the room was comfortable and have the required space, infraestructure was ok. In my case i could not use the pool but it seemed great

Our stay was fine, the hotel is older and could use some updating, but the staff was super friendly and very attentive.

Fue una muy buena experiencia El hotel queda en una zona céntrica de la ciudad desde donde resulta fácil moviliz**** a diversos lugares Las habitaciones son confortables e ideales para un buen descanso. La atención del personal es muy buena y amable. Y lo mejor fue la noche de pikeos bebidas acompañadas por una excelente y juvenil banda de rock. La pasamos de maravilla.
