Staff were really friendly, I forgot which room I was in as I went to the shop straight after check in, thought I knew which one but didn't want to disturb anyone, Gina looked it up for me, and the woman who checked us in was very helpful with advice for parking the van.

The location of this travelodge is very central and convenient for the cathedral, the theatre, shops and restaurants but the icing on the cake was the excellent customer service and care by Julie on reception desk. She is welcoming and takes an interest in customers. Thank you.

The hotel was fine, location really good but the real reason is that i'm giving it 5 stars is because of Julie on reception. She is a real asset to the Travelodge brand. courteous, confident, helpful, polite i could go on and on. When it comes to front of house and having a real gem as an employee Julie shines through every day of the week. Thank you Julie for all of your help over the past few days in making our stay one of the best. We will see you soon again for sure. xx

We had stayed at the hotel several times over the past few years and have always found the hotel to be excellent value for money and a great location. We had a room on the first floor with great view of the cathedral.

A well located and comfortable place to stay. The bed was comfortable and bed linen was clean. I had the window open because of the heat so I was disturbed in the early hours by cooing pigeons on the building opposite my room 213.

Where to start? On a positive note, the staff were lovely. The room not so! There was a leak in the bathroom and the floor was wet with the puddle getting bigger. The shaver socket was broken and didn't work. The light over the bed came on - momentarily - and then went off again. The room was hot and stuffy and having the window open meant noise from outside was intrusive - both late into the evening and early in the morning. The hotel was full so there was no alternative room.

Nice and clean and the shower was nice and warm , Danielle was very nice and helpful and welcoming. Nice places to walk too.

Comfortable but outrageously expensive. Good location in the centre of Chichester. Limited parking. It’s difficult to say much more. There are places to stay which are more sensibly priced that the Travelodge. That said, Chichester commands London style pricing due to the theatres nearby.
