Hyatt House Chicago Medical/University District

第二次住這間酒店了，酒店非常大，位置也不錯，距離McCormick Place開車約15min左右。房間很大，唯一的缺點是早餐種類很少。

服務很差勁

Perfect area to get to all the hot spots ..within 2-3 miles of main attractions .. will definitely stay here again when going back to Chicago

Love the security features - can’t ride the elevator if you don’t have a keycard and it just takes you to your floor so no way for random people to get anywhere near you without being a guest. Needed more staff for breakfast especially.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean. Breakfast was good. Beautiful hotel.

Found this place last minute and it was well priced and very comfortable. Loved the kitchen and suite feeling for low price. Very clean and well managed. Definitely planing to return.

Unfortunately I didn’t get to stay in the room I booked. When I got there to check in I was told my room was given away. I booked a room with a full kitchen a bed and a couch bed for my daughter. Instead I was given a standard hotel room. It did have two beds but only a fridge. I’d like to note they didn’t give my room away to accommodate a handicap person as the room I got was an accessible room everything was wheelchair accessible. They must have overbooked and I got the short end of the stick and got a different room. The front desk girl called the manager to deliver the news to me because she was afraid of getting yelled at. I was not rude and didn’t yell at anyone. We were tired after traveling all day from California and I accepted it but I wasn’t happy. After the manager left the girl thanked me for not getting mad she said they get yelled at all the time for that happening. Which means they do it all the time so that reflects poorly on the management and is unacceptable. Because of that I would not recommend this hotel nor will I stay there again. Additionally, we had to deal with the ppl next door having a party that kept us up until 1am one night until someone called security. I’m sure it would have gone on much later otherwise. The next night I heard them starting again around 9pm I let it go on until I needed to go to bed then I had to call security to have it shut down. It was pretty annoying and extremely rude.

Service was fast and complimentary breakfast was great and I like the fact that you have to use your key to get on the elevator makes it feel really safe.

Very cool historical building conversion. Used to be the Cook County Hospital built in the early 1900’s.
