以經住過4次了、只是這次的變化在、入住時間變到下午四點了、讓人有點疲憊感、入住後第一次不是面向故宮南院、美食還是不錯啦、服務也到位、還是會再入住的。

酒店比較新，離故宮南院很近比較方便。不過室外泳池太小了，下午去的時候也有點凍。另外早上走的時候已經沒有門童幫忙放行李上車了…

飯店設施很齊全，還有專為8歲以下小朋友提供的遊戲室，早餐中西式，環境乾淨，離故宮南院及棒棒鯨奇樂園也很近

非常期待本次來故宮南院旅遊能下榻長榮文苑，飯店人員的服務感覺得到用心，每個親切的問候與關心都襯出文苑的服務品質與真誠

都很好，美中不足也是大問題就是乾濕分離的太多，洗手台在外面、淋浴浴缸一間、馬桶一間，而且還是門口走道上，變成很容易門口地板濕掉，但晚上故宮南院的景很美！靠窗長沙發很舒服！床很舒服！

在故宮南院大門正對面，整棟建築物很氣派，房間內空間算足夠，最喜歡窗邊的臥榻，實用舒服方便！休閒中心的服務人員非常親切有禮，櫃檯及早餐餐廳則普通有落差。散客餐廳只有一間早餐餐廳及大廳酒吧，稍嫌不足。不過出門口過馬路就有便利商店應該算很方便了，遇到颱風天只有待在室內，無法出門，但房內幾乎感受不到風聲，隔音很好👍🏼可惜無法使用戶外設施，如有機會再體驗了。
