Never using trip.com or comfort in ever again.

Building under renovation. Room was nice.
Breakfast was very lacking
First time to be asked to leave tip for cleaning staff.

We arrived and it was under construction, which wasn’t stated online when we booked. Elvis helped us out check in and changed our room to accommodate what we wanted as online didn’t give us the options. We got into our hotel room & the TV, AC and hot water didn’t work. We spoke to the front desk and Dave came to assist us! Dave was amazing!
The next day, we came back to our hotel room and the bathroom sink had fallen out of its place, the things holding it in were too far apart, the sink was leaking & again, no hot water. We spoke to the front desk and he said Dave was unavailable and he also had no clue what to do…. So we had to fix it ourselves as we needed somewhere to wash our hands. On top of that, we didn’t see the house cleaner once but they expected us to tip?
The service was amazing! But wouldn’t stay here again

The lobby was under construction but everyone went out of their way to make sure not to disturb anyone. Staff was amazing, especially Elvis the front desk staff. We had an emergency trip downstate for family in the hospital and traveling with a baby, everyone was very friendly

Weekend trip to see family. The hotel happened to be under renovation, which we weren't aware of upon booking. But it didnt impact our stay. The front desk was friendly and courteous. The beds were extremely comfortable! I would have given 5 stars but i had 1 small issue. We were in a whirlpool room, which was cool in and of itself. But you entered the tub from the bathroom, which opened up into the main room. This left no privacy in the bathroom, with only shower curtains seperating the rooms.
All in all it was a great stay and will defistay there again!

Staff was excellent. Thank you. Elvis especially. Construction ongoing was a bit annoying and inconvenient. It is what it is. Room was great and "Say" took great care of my room.

Decent stay for the price.. renovations going on but room was very clean bed was decent and the tv had a great selection of movie channels. Staff friendly and tons of shopping in the area
