Typically stay here when traveling from Florida and after 12-14 hrs driving have always been happy. Clean, comfortable with service always outstanding. Check-in staff experienced, polite and efficient. Tries to accommodate special requests. When checking out early, staff have also allowed us access to some "grab & go" items before breakfast officially opens which has been greatly appreciated.

Roof had a leak so it dripped drops that ended up in a puddle in bathroom. Then this morning where it was leaking on roof. Pieces fell from ceiling to the floor. I told front desk and they didn’t seemed too worried about it. But wanted someone to know

Traveled to Virginia for a basketball tournament for my 14 year old daughter. It was 3 days of basketball! Staff was kind, hotel was clean, room was clean, check in went quickly, the hotel sent messages in text asking how our stay was going and if they could do anything to make it better. We never had to ask for new towels, they just replenished(my favorite part) hotel was quiet, breakfast was good, I don’t know what brand cranberry juice they supply, but I wish I did because it was some of the best. Overall we had a great stay. My only complaint would be the parking, parking lot is kind of odd for a hotel of that size and pretty small.

I requested an accessible room weeks ahead. When I arrived, I was advised that there was no reservation in my name. I showed the information on my phone. Then I was advised that my room had been given to someone with a similar name and was offered a different room. My most significant accessibility need is for a "comfort height" toilet which the room didn't have. After I visited the room, I returned to the front desk and requested to borrow one of the breakfast area chairs overnight to use as a rail to insure my safety getting on & off the toilet. The request was refused, despite my assurance that the chair would be returned clean and undamaged. This property needs to do better.

Convenient to the I95 and a fine overnight stop. Loved the welcome cookies! Nice decor. Very soft mattress.
It would be nice to have a bit more outdoor seating rather than just two chairs by the ashtray for smokers.

Thw stay was pleasant and nice, however it did have an unusual order that did not smell to good. But overall it was okay.

Staff was very helpful and friendly, facility was very clean and it was nice and quite probably one of the most quiet heating / cooling units. Close to the I95 the building was getting a little bit worn but still in good shape. Good value for the money
