Great hotel, lovely quiet room with a comfy bed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed for three nights last week, only tried breakfast on first morning , didn’t try the restaurant because we decided to try them around Chester

Great location, loved the decor. Family celebration so hotel provided a free drink for us all, which was a lovely gesture. Would definitely stay again.

房間很精緻，整個酒店給我感覺很獨特，處處透露着精緻，第一次check in的時候遇到一位優雅大叔，第一次吃飯的時候遇到遠超英國平均線快趕上美國拿小費的熱情，第一次收到一個木質房卡，第一次一個連鎖酒店採用的食材全部local ，環保也support local farmers，bar 也是free …唯一美中不足的是酒店沒有停車場，其他堪稱完美

Stayed here for 3 nights frid till monday.
Loved it , nice rooms ,comfy beds nice and clean.
Staff can't do enough for you.
Nice cosy bar , great cocktails.
Breakfast cooked lovely.
The forge restaurant quite pricey but certainly wirth it.
Would defo stay here again.

We booked a deluxe room which was lovely,good view, nice king size bed and the shower was brilliant. Only faults were the hair dryer not being very powerful, we couldnt get the aircon to work and when trying to login to the wifi it kept telling me my name and room number didnt match but luckily i had good signal so just used my data. Food and staff were great. Would stay again.

Great first impressions upon arrival, interior decor makes it feel luxurious and staff were attentive; nothing was too much trouble.
Lack of parking nearby is the only downside and was more because of how bad the weather was, but convenient for walking into the center in the evening.
