The woman at check-in did not smile or even say hello. Seem to be a bother that she had to get up from her chair

We have stayed at 5 different hotels during this trip and this one was by far the cleanest and most comfortable place

Tv didn’t work in first room, but manager moved us right away! Room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was good too!

Comfortable, clean and staff is super friendly. Room was huge. Breakfast had many choices. We loved the hand pump soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner & body wash options that were provided.

My room wasn’t cleaned daily, dead spiders floating in the pool, the evening receptionist was not friendly at all!!!!

Found a few hairs in the bathroom that weren't ours also no bathroom floor towel for showers. Very high bleachy smell when we arrived but anticipated after a few hours. Bed very comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff.
