Stayed in this hotel for the second time. The hotel was newly renovated with a new name. The location is good. The room is spacious and clean. Though air-conditioning is provided in each room, the control depends on the hotel management. If the outside temperature is cool, they will shut down the air-conditioning. Room guests have no control of it even though the room, with a small window, can be a bit stuffy.

五一期間到郴州玩，網上看到這個酒店裝修很好，就果斷預訂，前台服務員很熱情，酒店房間很大，床特別的舒服，床墊很軟，洗澡的水很大，衞生打掃的很乾凈，住的很舒服，因為我們是晚上的高鐵，前台還給我們延遲了兩個小時退房，特別的貼心，讓我們覺得特別棒，晚上八點有電影看

很推薦的一家酒店，性價比高，前台服務熱情，設施齊全，有免費健身房，洗衣房，停車場，電影院，有個小機器人，感覺很方便，送外賣或者送其他東西，很保護客人私隱，早餐也很豐富，前台給升級了房型，房間很大，床很軟很舒服，附近小吃也很多，贊

酒店環境好，地理位置優越，前台服務熱情周到，給升級了房型，有個小陽台，抽煙晾衣服都很方便，剛進酒店辦理入住時前台美女奉的紅棗枸杞茶也非常不錯，客房打掃非常及時，高效，工作人員都很敬業能及時處理問題，設身處地為客人着想。酒店設施齊全有免費停車場，洗衣房，電影院和健身房，讓我很開心的是，洗衣房裡面有熨衣服的，非常滿意的一次入住體驗！

第一次入住大屋裡酒店，體驗感非常好，前台服務熱情，房間很大，衞生乾淨，客房大姐看着就很親切，有什麼需要都會滿足，女朋友特殊情況，叫前台買東西，會有機器人送到房間，感覺非常不錯，酒店設施齊全，有健身房，洗衣房，電影院，停車也很方便，有兩層，附近小吃也挺多的，叫前台介紹的有一家楊婆魚粉，郴州特色，總之值得推薦，下次還會選擇入住這家酒店

來出差的，真的對酒店一些細節服務有感動到，入住酒店的時候是早上十點多，那個時候剛下高鐵很累，一進酒店有被前台小姐姐的笑容和熱情有點感染到，然後遞了一杯暖心熱茶，前台小姐姐辦理速度很快，進房間就洗完澡休息了，房間很大，床也軟很舒服，醒來到前台詢問了一下附近好吃的和玩的介紹，然後叫樓層大姐簡單收拾了一下衞生生，回來很驚喜的發現樓層大姐把我襪子洗了晾好了，還有在17樓洗衣房洗的衣服烘乾送到了房間，真的每次出差住的酒店從來沒有這種細節的服務，有被感動到，還有忘記説了十樓有免費健身房，對於養生，喜歡運動的朋友是很好的選擇，真心為這酒店的服務和設施點贊[強]

路過郴州，臨時休息一晚。首先説優點吧，服務很好。房間夠大，床也夠大，睡的舒服。早餐的服務員也很熱情，早餐餐廳環境不錯，看着也乾淨。東西不多，但是夠吃了。樓下有地下停車場，停車場衞生比較差，但這也沒辦法，屬於整個商用樓物業的問題。
這個賓館有個迷你電影院，閑來無事可以去消耗時間。也有健身房，但是鎖着門，烏漆嘛黑，我也沒進去。
説些不盡如人意的地方，衞生一般。床邊的地上還有臟東西，這就在明面上，不屬於衞生死角。
酒店在一個商用樓裏。和其他公司共用電梯。比如影院健身房所在的樓層，有些黑，女士自己去的話，真的有些怕。

挺好的酒店，大堂大，電梯大，房間大，床大，停車場有點破。早餐看着不多，吃起來品種不少，味道很好，電影院挺可愛。我們全家都滿意。感謝！

房間很乾凈，床品很舒服，可以和喜來登媲美，自助餐也很好，服務好，兩米的大床愛了，帶孩子睡足夠寬，停車場就一般，拐角不小心蹭到車尾，大家進入小心些就行，整體很滿意。
