Nice large rooms with nice views . It's on a main highway but very little sound comes up. The restaurant is bright comfortable and never too full. The food is not great but it's good and varied. The staff is pleasant and quick. Beds were comfortable. Limited inhouse entertainment. Good in house food service. Coffee came up piping hot. Didn't use the pool. getting public transport from the hotel was a breeze. Laundry service was also efficient.

Hotel rooms are very good, food is ok not great. Security krishna at entrance is very helpful, he is always on smile face and greet the people. Am on my business travel and definitely come again . Regards VC

Stayed in Holiday Inn,OMR Road,Chennai from 3rd to 5th May 2024. Five of us stayed in two rooms nos 914 & 916. Our first point of contact was Mr.Prasobh of Reservations. He was courteis and friendly and took immediate action and send us confirmation of our booking. He called me when I reached the hotel to check we had a smooth check in and that we were accomodated in adjoining rooms.He is a fine ambassador for the hotel. Rachel at check in and baggage delivery to the room were prompt and efficient. Rooms were spacious,linen fresh and bathroom well lighted and with all a traveller might require. Lunch ,dinner and breakfast were all buffets well stocked with both non vegetarian and vegetarian dishes and were well worth amount charged. The two a la carte dishes we ordered ,ie lasooni palak and dal makhani were par excellence in taste and served in the right portions. I want to commend your executive Rohith and Vaishnav and Saritha for being quite tireless in service. I would also comment on your housekeeping team who who were prompt and efficient. Finally I can only say the entire staff of the hotel worked seamlessly to make our stay most comfortable. This was the fourth time we stayed in the hotel and this stay was the most pleasant.

Enjoyed my 4 day stay in holiday Inn. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Krishna (security) from front door always assisted myself throughout the stay . i recommend HolidayInn for business and family . …….:::::::……………………………………………………

This rather large hotel seems to have 2 facets. On first hand, reception and checkin are fine with a friendly staff, the rooms are clean typical Holiday Inn and well stocked with drinkable water, toiletries are as per the brand”s offering. On the other hand the facilities are rather poor, worn out, dirty with exposed dangerous sharp corners everywhere, even smelling damp at times. The pool area is rather small with next to no shade. Access to the pool is dangerous and grotty. The restaurant offerings are just about average and over priced. The service is very slow. I can only recommend this hotel if there was a specific reason for it to be chosen or your business matters were nearby
